A) Pours with a finger thick head, slowly settles leaving a sticky lacing along the side of the glass. Slightly hazy bronze colored body. Sticky lacing on the drink down.
S) Citrus aroma. Slightly piney.
T) Hop bite is overbearing for a pale ale. The subtle malt helps to bring some semblance of balance. Piney.
M) Fizzy. Medium body on the lighter side. Chalky finish.
O) An OK pale ale.

The colour is gold with a tint of brown (not very “Pale”) (15 EBC). The finger thick off-white head sinks quite quickly leaving lots of lacing on the glass.
The smell is harsh and bitter with distinct notes of bullion and cabbage. Clean sweetness and hints of bread.
The taste is somewhat bitter with dusty notes of caramel malt and (DMS) vegetables. It is overall thin with metallic bitter flavours. Thin body. The aftertaste is mild with notes of beef stock and bitter herbs. The finish is short with hints of wheat flour.
The carbonation is mild with few long-lived mid-sized bubbles; the liquid is smooth.
A very tired and unbalanced APA (the Swedish best before-date is 2015-01-14, I have no idea of when it is brewed).

Love me some craft beer in cans.No date.
Pours a decent looking fluffy head but small 1/4 finger sized, fades semi slowly at least, retains well, decent lacing as well, very hazy slight sediment laden orange nectar color.
Nose brings some sweet malts, grainy toasty malts, not quite caramel but a sweet candy like note to it, into mild earthy hops, some herbal notes, little tea, touch of pine and forest floor, a little orange zest as well, smells fairly decent but also seems like it might be a little old unfortunately.
Taste brings some sweet malts again, candy like flavors but not caramel, biscuit and toasty grain, little straw, nice straight up malty flavor which is nice if you like malts. Then mild hops, quite mild from what I expected, some grassy notes, earthy, little herbal note, very faint citrusy note, but mostly grassy earthy flavors with a sweet candy like toasty grainy malt backbone. Finish is dry but a little sticky and sweet notes, more grainy malts, some grassy hops, and a little bitterness finally, mild pine and spicy hop note as well.
Mouth is med bod, decent carb, mild gritty feel.
Overall OK, I do like the malts but not quite on level for what I expeccted, hops are way behind where they should be in every aspect, but still fairly tasty and drinkable.

Good beer, nice place with plenty of outdoor seating. The interior ceiling could use some work, as it is just unfinished drywall making the place feel like it is in progress. I would almost rather see exposed framing than unfinished drywall, but hopefully they will improve it. The location is easily accessible right off of I-70 in Edwards. Great stop on the way to or from the mountains.

Pours a very cloudy, amber color. Looks like honey. Very untypical for a Pale Ale. Thin foamy heady with very good amount of lacing around the sides of the glass that persists through drinking. Strong citrusy, piney smell. Can tell from the smell that it is a very hoppy beer. When tasting, you get a hint of pine with a strong citrus flavor throughout. Great hoppy finish with a hint of caramel at the end. Never heard of this brewery before, but if all their beers are like this, I will definitely try some more of them.

Gold to amber color. Nearly clear. Decent head that leaves plenty of webby lace on the glass.
Plenty of caramel aroma. Sweet with little hop to counterbalance the nose.
Better hop presence but the sweet (crystal?) malt is pretty strong. The body is rich, particularly for a pale ale. The finish is very long lasting. Not much hop but it lingers a very long time.
This is an interesting beer. I find it to be a bit too sweet for my tastes, but I do appreciate the complexity of the beer.
