Reviewed from notes. Poured from 16.9 oz. bottle into an Upland pint glass.
A: Pours light gold with moderate haze and a thin white head that recedes quickly. Moderate level of visible carbonation.
S: Crystal and less pilsner malts with a green apple tartness that I suspect may be the off-flavor of acetaldehyde.
T: Follows the nose – light crystal malt, green apple tartness, light grassy hops. The slick green apple flavor lasts into the hang.
M: Light body, low carbonation sensation, essentially no alcohol presence. This gets rapidly more flat as it sits during the drink, so your patience will not be rewarded.
O: I'm not certain that the green apple was an off-flavor. It wasn't entirely an unwelcome addition to this otherwise fairly flavorless beer. But I see no indication on the label to suggest it was intentional, though the label is admittedly quite sparse. But it did add a bit of interest to what promised to be a boring Italian - American Lager. I won this in a raffled basket, and I could not, in good conscience, recommend paying money for it intentionally.

Pours a light gold with a nice white head.
Nose of simple fresh pears and hints of nice and clean yeast; light fruit nose.
Mouthfeel is very thin, without character or appeal.
Flavors are thin, weak and watery. Very light watered lemon citrus, very light hint of malt and very light yeast. Tastes a bit like lightly flavored water. Tastes like what I remember a "light beer" to be.
Respectfully, not worth the effort of opening the bottle. Just my opinion.
