A - Beer is a very dark rich brown with little off white head that quickly died and didn't leave much of a lacing.
S - Very sweet aroma with a mix of lactose, milk chocolate, a tiny bit of coffee and malt. Pleasant smell for the style.
T - The taste is very similar to the aroma with lots of chocolate and milky sweetness. The aftertaste is similar to a coffee flavored chocolate bar.
M - Mouthfeel is exceptionally creamy and smooth, not as thick as a milkshake but certainly leaving the same sweet taste on the tongue.
Overall, a very decent milk stout with plenty of lactose. Certainly rich and sweet but light enough on the tongue to drink in the summer. Appearance is really the only thing lacking in this beer.

16 oz can poured into a pint glass.
A: Inky and opaque, more black than brown. Almost no head, quickly receded. Lacing was minimal.
S: Malts and chocolate.
T: A sweet flavor in the front, with a rich malt base. Chocolate stands out, as does a coffee flavor and some smokiness.
M: Medium body, light carbonation. Seems thin, and lacking the kind of robust feel of a stout.
O: An overall decent milk stout, generally true to style. But, the overall unique qualities of the style are subdued, aroma, taste and mouthfeel. Enjoyable to drink.

Undated can at 50 degrees into standard pint glass
Aroma of chocolate and malt
Head large (5 cm), creamy, light brown, rapidly diminishing to 1.5 mm layer
Body dark brown, opaque
Flavor is moderately sweet with marked chocolate flavor with light malt; the sweetness remains but the chocolate quickly dies; no alcohol, no hops, no diacetyl.
Palate is medium, creamy, and softly carbonated
This is an easy drinking pleasant milk stout, actually one of the better ones I’ve tried. You get no bitterness from the malt, just the lactose sweetness.
