appearance - golden color beer with white head
smell - white grape juice, champagne
taste - similar to champagne, white grapes, lemon, slightly tart
mouthfeel - medium bodied, high carbonation, tart finish, crisp, refreshing
overall - my first experience with an authentic version of this style and I like the way it is tart, crisp and refreshing for those hot summer days. reminiscent of champagne or sparkling wine. Worth a try
Price Point - $6.99/16.9 oz bottle

A: poured into a chalice to a clear and bright yellow with a finger and a half of dense head that retains well and leaves minimal lacing
S: smells of wheat, bready yeast and lemony tartness
T: taste is tart lemons, a little fruity, creamy wheat and the swallow is more lemony and lactic tartness with a little more wheat
M: fairly light but not watery with plentiful carb that isn't prickly and a slightly drying finish
O:Overall this is a well crafted beer with great flavors and seems to hit all the marks for the style. I prefer hottenroth a little more but this one is much easier to find on the shelves.
