Broiled chicken brought us here, Rainer did not keep us around, nor did other beers that were available. Honestly, decent dive bar with attentive staff. Unique customer base. If beer snob, avoid, if beer nerd, why bother, if person who enjoys different conversations, give it a shot. Many scarier places nearby. Beer served in FROSTED glasses, be prepared for more water than you may want.

The Marco Polo is just down the street from my office so I stopped in today for a BLT and a beer.

They are a very standard American pub with a dozen televisions, a couple of pool tables, and a bit of a NASCAR theme. On top of that, they have about 14 taps centered on Seattle and regional craft brews (with three or four macros thrown in). I had a Manny's, which I felt appropriate in a Georgetown bar. The one drawback is that my beer appeared to be served in a cheater pint, of which I'm not a big fan.

Service was friendly and very prompt while I was there; they had a few guys on staff and the house was about half-full. The food is pretty tasty and reasonably priced.
