A warning before i start. When i opened up this bottle, the beer went everywhere. I lost half the bottle just in opening it.
A: Hazy copper colour. Small head that dissapears almost immediately.
S: fruits: citrus, berrys and even a hint of honey. hops
T: Hops, berries, caramel. kind of sweetbitter
M/D: Good moutfeel, carbonation on the low side, and a perfect ABV for this kind of beer. A bit dry and very drinkable.
An IPA to my taste.

Sometimes the first impression is not right!
My first impression was: this is a standard blond beer. But taking a closer look: this is a very subtile original beer.
L: dark gold; lasting top, sticky on the glass;
S: very nice pineapple, with a touch of apple and hop;
T: less pineapple, but still apple coming in very fresh, with a well balanced bitterness of the hops;
M: perfect, alcohol feels heavy, is it only 6,5%?
O: looking forward for many more!

Poured into a tulip glass, dirty blonde color with a very large head, liberal lacing, although the head dissipated fairly quickly.
I had this right after a Gember from the same brewery. What jumped out at me was the hops, as it was much hoppier than the previous beer. Had me looking forward to the taste...
And I was not disappointed. Hoppier than a lot of Belgian beers, it was very refreshing.
Mouthfeel was good, on the dry side, but with the ABV being in a good spot, I could see putting away more than a few of these in one session.
Really enjoyed this one.

Sold as "Belzebubs Brewed Bulldozer".
The colour is pale gold (7 EBC), the liquid is clear. This beer is bottle conditioned. The high head is compact and off-white. No lacing.
The smell is unpolished, almost raw. Alcohol. Belagian yeast, citric fruits and phenolic spices (coriander?). Mild sweetness, quite a lot of clean bitterness and some flowers.
The taste is smoother than expected. Spices in the background, some Belgian yeast notes and quite a lot of bitterness. Alcohol and green herbs. Light body. Some metal in the aftertaste, growing sweetness and hints of puff pastry. The short finish got some sweet metallic notes.
The carbonation is strong, almost sharp; the large bubbles short-lived. The light liquid is somewhat smooth.
IPA? More like a German pilsener brewed with Belgian ale yeast. Not bad, but not very complex either.

Appearance: Hazy orange brew possessing little head or retention.
Aroma: Medium intensity. Very clovey with citrusy, spicy, herbaceous and bubblegum notes. Some tropical fruit and yeasty notes can also be found at the back.
Taste & Palate: Spicy, fruity and juicy with jesty, sharp carbonation, angular finish and lasting yeasty and clovey taste.
Overal: Good earnest example of a Belgian Strong Pale Ale with a lot going on flavour wise, but still not comparable to the the colossuses of the style in terms of complexity and balance.
