As the person who rated the Class Six stated before this is really the only place going for a decent selection of beers within a 30 minute radius. There are a few different liquor stores in town and there is a Price Chopper in Waynesville (Waynes Vagas) but that is hit or miss. When they built this Class Six it was suposed to be just a liquor store and the selection was supposed to grow but anyone familiar with the Fort knows it is a training post so they threw in a convience store for the trainees using the Mini Mall. Which in turn limited the space.
There are roughly 110 beers to choose from at any given time but the majority of those are you major breweries. The imports are not bad they rotate Belgians and they keep an alright selection of German beers. They usually have New Belgium, Tommy Knockers, Fort Collins, Flying Dog, Schlafly, Sam Adams and a few others. If they don't have it they will order it if the distributor carries it.
The service is alright but they do not know much about beer. The weekends are crazy in there.
Overall it is pretty small and is no where near as nice as most Class Six Stores in the United States it would be about the size of one of the stores in Germany or Korea.

This is the only place to buy liquor on Fort Leonard Wood, MO. If you go off post, the first halfway decent place is a half hour away in Lebanon. So they essentially have a monopoly on liquor sales for FLW.*
Quality wise, they're pretty good. Although you're not going to find a HUGE selection like you might in a large city's major liquor stores, they do at least have some decent offerings. They also stock some boulevard Smokestack beers, and occasionally a few other special premium craft brews. They make a fair effort to stock a variety of selections every day, including some of the better offerings in the eight to ten bucks a sixer locals/regionals category.
There is no shortage of Boulevard, New Belgian, and Goose Island's standard beers. For the beer connoisseur, this means you can at least get something decent on a daily basis. They have some other stuff such as o'fallon, grand teton, rouge, left hand, bell's and also a few others (that seem to rotate in and out every now and then).
I wish they would stock a larger variety of premium craft brews, but something is certainly better than nothing. In the middle of nowhere missouri, it's the only thing available.
They do make an effort to order things you want. If you're willing to order at least a case, you can probably get anything that's available from their distributor. Obviously the distributors in the midwest are considerably less than "top of the line," but sometimes what you can get ain't too bad anyway.
I have personally tried and reviewed about 140 beers purchased from the class six stores (as of 9/2010) so if you look at my reviews, most of the first 140 came from the class six. They have a fair overall selection which I will rate "average." In really big cities, often times even grocery stores might have a bigger selection, but this is mostly what the soldiers get when they are stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, MO.
I rate the value as reasonable, because often times certain beers are considerably more elsewhere, and also we of course don't pay sales tax. However, if you don't have a military ID, you cannot purchase from class six.
*There are two "satellite" class six stores also, which are more like convenience stores (with gas, food etc). These have a far smaller selection, with no premium craft beers, but you can at least get a decent six pack of boulevard or goose island there.
