Thank you Kirt by way of Tom for getting me this 32oz growler. Poured into a cervoise, the brew appears a perfectly polished clear golden yellow color with a white cap 2 fingers strong. The cap fades leaving spotty lace. Rising bubbles maintain a thin film across the top.
The aroma opens up with a pleasant strawberry sweetness that almost seems artificial but then turns a bit sulfuric before completely fading out. Once warm, its lightly grassy and mineral-filled.
The flavor of this brew is carbonic and sulfur-filled initially that has a pretty strong foothold throughout the experience. Some sweet fresh grain quality and the faintest wheat-like tartness. Seemingly no lactic character outside a mild touch of yogurt. Almost has a corny grain sweetness and im struggling to even suggest a strawberry or really any fruity note.
This is a light bodied brew with an effervescent amount of carbonation that is quite prickly and lively in the feel. It had a nice subtle strawberry addition but collectively as a berliner it is lacking any lactic tartness indicative of the style. You could probably drink a ton of this but there are much better examples out there. Regardless, I appreciate the chance to try this. Thanks guys!

I appreciate Stakem giving me a chance to try this, enjoyed blindtaste - chilled in an oversized wine glass.
The color is straw golden with thick fluffy cloud-like white head with fine bead that leaves spots of lace, but dissapears moments later. The smell is faintly fruity-mildly citrus with a slight perfume aspect ...gentle floral with a mild wheat scent which is husky. The feel is pretty well carbonated with very mild tanginess and gentle malt in the background but a moderately high sweetness is present which distracts .. the finish is dry enough.
The flavor starts good with a light tanginess of wheat with slight lemon zest but moves into a fruity sweet realm quickly with an almost extract-type flavor which is indistinct and brings to mind peach/pear but not really that apparent, more or less a perfumey replication of fruit in that sense. Overall the flavor is not as good as the aroma and the feel leaves a lot to be desired. This is an ok wheat if you like the kind with fruit flavorings, but not really that enjoyable just ok.
