Rock Bottom Minneapolis Airport

I visited this place twice on a trip to Montana, we had a layover in the Mineapolis Airport.

Both times we had a good meal and good drinks, there were about 8 taps, none of the beers were too adventurous but they were fine. I tried the lager, the amber ale, and the IPA, all were fine but again, not exciting.

Layout is a normal bar surrounded by booths and tables, cheesy stuff on the wall shows they are "serious" about their beers. OK then.

As for food, we had burgers, burritos, and salads, all were very good. The services was very good and prompt no issues.

Overall, compared to all the other places in this airport this is your place to stop for sure, and really it's not bad at all. Certainly made my trip better.

easy to spot big airy open bar with lots of TV'S and power outlets in the booth charge your phone and laptop nice selection of 8 or so brewed beers good selection of appetizers we had some nachos and enchiladas with a kolsch food and brew was good but service is somewhat slow this spot is a nice place to kill sometime whether on layover or waiting for a flight

I am going to speak on all the Rock Bottom restaurants since this site does not allow for review on the ones I been to (e.g. Arlington, VA, Bethesda, MD, Chicago, IL, etc.). This is a pretty good microbrew franchise. Large, spacious, dark wood throughout, nice selection of TVs, open kitchen (nothing to hide), friendly staff, good food (I love their wings!), nachos, burgers, ribs, steaks, all are good. Reasonably priced. I enjoy their beer offerings via on tap (either poured into pint glass or snifter glass depending on style). I particularly am found of the $1.50 pint night on Wednesday nights in Arlington, VA. Bit crowded with twentysomethings to early midthirtysomethings. That Rock Bottom has a mug club and specials throughout the week which draws an appeal to this nice establishment.
