12 oz bottle @ Rooster's Beak.
A: It pours dark brown with a finger and a half of creamy white head.
S: Roasted malts, chocolate, oaky vanilla, and nuttiness.
T: It is akin to a brown ale-Imperial stout blend; strong roasty chocolate malts, some coffee flavor, hazelnuts, oak, and a little char.
M: The body is medium-thick and somewhere between creamy and sticky.
O: This is delightful. I'm pretty impressed with Wild Heaven after trying their first two offerings.

Pours a clear, brown color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Good retention and slight lacing. Smells of roasted malt, sweet malt, chocolate, hint of coffee, slight syrup, and a hint of hop. Fits the style of an American Brown Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with a low carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, hint of roasted malt, slight chocolate, slight yeast, and slight hop. Overall, good aroma, feel, body, and blend.
