As others have noted, if you want a huge comprehensive selection, this may not be the place. However, the service was absolutely terrific. The person working knew his shit and answered all of my questions but didn't hover over me the entire time. The selections they have are quite eclectic in some instances and include things you wouldn't ordinarily expect. (For example, a "Sweet Baby Jesus" chocolate and peanut butter porter). They had several thing still in cases from a shipment that had arrived that morning and the worker was more than willing to break the cases open to show me what was inside.
The best part is that they will let you take bottles from almost any 4 pack or 6 pack and make your own 6 pack and then they give you a 10% discount for doing so. If I lived in the area, I might make up a 6 pack of stouts or a 6 pack of IPA's or whatever. As it was, I tossed in a bunch of stuff I can't find in West Virginia and paid $45 for 12 very, very high quality beers. I was very pleased with the experience.
Yeah, it's in one of those cheezy ass developments with the obligatory sushi bar across the street but whatcha gonna do?
At any rate, I go through that area once a year or so and I'll make it a regular stop.

These guys know craft beer. They are always eager to help and are not afraid to have customers try different things.
While they are a small store compared to a couple of the other places that sell craft beers, their small store atmosphere is comfortable while boasting a large selection of beer.
If you are caught browsing the craft beer section you can bet that one of the guys will be coming over to lend you some tips or strike up a conversation about the many beers that they carry.
The staff tries just about everything they order so they are very knowledgeable on all of the varieties that they carry.
They know me so well at this point that I can send my wife into the store and they will send her home with something that they know I will enjoy.
If you live in the Perry Hall / Parkville area and are into craft beers, give 7 Courts a shot!

This unassuming liquor store resides in a strip mall off Joppa road. Inside, you will find a craft beer section that packs a ton of quality beer into a small space. Whoever does the purchasing here has to be craft beer fan him/herself- and they are doing a great job. There is a healthy range of beer styles from breweries that are highly regarded in the craft industry.
The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help patrons either through recommendations, education, or special-ordering of a hard-to-find product.
Prices are reasonable too- if you are in the area, this a place worth checking out.

Love this place. The guys know what there talkin about. From Wine to Whiskey and especially Beer. They're beer selection is moderatly limited, meaning they don't have a lot of volume, but the selection they do have is impressive. They get some pretty rare finds here and never dissappoint. All the Heavy Sea's Brews, some rare DFH and all but one of the genuine Trappist brews. In addition they frequerntly give out free tasting and cut some great deals on special beers. All there seasonal selections beat the hell out of the two other decent beer shops around
