A- Pours a very pale yellow. I'm a little surprised to not see it a darker and/or redder color. Such a good possibility for a pink beer, but alas not tonight. The beer poured with a finger of white head and just one thin line of lacing on the glass.

S- When I opened the bottle, I was hit with a rush of raspberry aromas, like a Lindemans or my homemade raspberry jam. This smell continued all the way into the glass and throughout my drinking session. The raspberry is strong in the aroma, barely letting anything else have a say. There's perhaps some sour apple, and a bit of malt syrup, but pretty much just raspberry.

T- The taste also has quite a raspberry punch, but it is a little more subdued, letting the apple, lemon, and malt flavors come out.

M- Sweet, and some faint acidity. It's a little hard to decipher if it's sour or simply my taste buds get raspberry and they decide there's sourness there, but either way it's my impression.

O- My overall impression? An intensely raspberry beer.

Bottle shared by Jason, 650ml into a tulip.

Clear orange, white head with some light bubbles and a film of retention. Nose of fresh raspberries and raspberry jam. Tastes more of raspberry candy (lollipops?), lightly bready, pale malt, a touch of adjunct perhaps and mild raspberry into the finish. Light body, medium light carbonation. Nose outstands the taste, high drinkability given the time of year.
