This held the look and appearance of a white wine with a yellow champagne color. The head was bubbly and fizzy, like a champagne, but it settled to a calm stillness, furthering the wine appearance.
The scent had hints of vanilla, flowers, coriander, lemon and cider.
The flavor held too much hop floral character for me. I really caught a lot of an onion taste but then it settled into a perfumish, floral and white wine flavor.
The feel was light and crisp, very easy, hardly bitter and low in carbonated bite.

Had on draft at an event hosted by Growlers of Gaithersburg, both in a pint glass and at home in a growler.
A: pale straw color; good, robust head; lots of carbonation; excellent lacing; the tapping was done magnificently
S: very, very hoppy aroma; lingers long; reminds me of an IPL
T: sweet; lemon and honey flavor undergirds a very intense flavor; not very boozy (or rather well disguised); includes a stripe of seltzer-water-like bitterness; floral hop flavor
Sparkly, good IPA. I had two and a half, but then moved onto something else because of its intensity.
Serving type: on-tap
