Bottle share at Proof courtesy of jbruner. Pours an odd vibrant yellow. Almost no head, but there is a thin white collar. Aroma is very muted light malt, a touch of some kind of other sweetness too, but it doesn't really remind me of pineapple. Taste is the same. Muted, faintly reminds me of sweet pineapple. Good beer, but nothing crazy.

Amazing crisp taste with just a hint of smoke defiantly going to be a great summer beer it's amazing that it's a home brew winner from one of the employees because it's one of the best beers I've tasted. This is my first beer from this brewery but not I'm very interested to see what else they have in store for me. I think a trip down south is in effect.

A hazy golden yellow with a finger of head (no lacing but slowwwwww dissipation). Smells of pilsner malt, bready.. Sugary. No scent of smoke nor pineapple. Ohhhh boy the flavor, there it is.. Up front smokey, then sweet pineapple , then pilsner malts. Absolutely a fucking perfect blend.
Medium in body low to medium carbonation.
This is a fantastic beer. For the style it is top notch, for a beer I general.. This needs to be in six packs or 4pk and during the summer. Absolutely a wonderful flavor in a beer.

Pours light lemon gold with a slight haze, half inch of sugar white head.

Smells of cane sugar, pineapple, lemon, and some grassy malt.

Tastes of pineapple and grassy malts. There's a bit of dry woodiness as well.

Medium body with a soft carbonation.

A fairly decent lighter beer with some nice fruity flavor. If you're into that, this is pretty enjoyable. Drinks very easy and is a session candidate. If you don't like fruit beers, you won't care for this one though.

At first sniff and taste, I was transported back in time to my early teens; I had the memory of drinking Carling Black Label beer out of the can at a backyard barbecue while my parents weren't looking! -And I mean that in a very good sense.
As I poured the beer from the 22 oz. bottle into a pint shaker glass, it formed a very thin head which dissipated quickly. The appearance was a translucent golden color. The smell is beguiling, possessing faint hints of smokiness and German style malts, I'm thinking Munich or Vienna, with perhaps a slight fruity & floral quality (imparted by the pineapple?).
The mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing; the carbonation adding a delightful tingling sensation to the tongue. The taste is marvelous and complex; the German malt profile stands out initially with a slight hint of sweetness. A mild hop bitterness is also present. The smoke quality is very tentative initially, but seems to grow in prominence after several sips. By the end of that 22 ounces, I was really warming up to this beer and enjoying the smokiness.
As it is a "Side Project" beer, I know that its availability will be limited. I plan to procure several more bottles and I will surely miss it when it is gone...then its on to the next great, new beer!
