Appearance: Cloudy copper with a well paired off-white head that never leaves your side and leaves lacing coiling down the glass.
Smell: Sweet malts and citrus are prevalent with an extremely subtle piney hop aroma.
Taste: Booze and rye instantly attack the tongue leaving a borderline barleywine taste in your mouth. The high ABV keeps the sweetness in check and infuses itself with the rye combing for a solid first taste.
Mouthfeel: Harder to drink as the session goes on due to (in my opinion) the borderline barleywine taste. It leaves a stinging sensation in my mouth I just can't put to words.
Drinkability: Drinkability is hurt by the ABV and flavor combination. A good sipper, but not something to buy a large amount of.
Serving type: bottle
