A: Pours an opaque honey-tangerine color with a creamy and stiff white head that settles quickly to a thin layer over the top. Spotty lacing, decent head retention across the snifter.
S: Huge fruitiness, a sweet and soft citrus rush coupled with some tangy wheat notes, sweetness from the honey, toasted grain, and a vinous-like smell akin to a crisp white wine.
T&M: Incredibly sweet, with bold notes of clove, sweet banana and orange, bubblegum, some notes of honey, and a mineral-like finish that showcases some alcohol. This is a massively huge wheat beer, huger even than DFH's Red & White. Body is super smooth and big, very enjoyable.
D: One to sip slowly, for sure. High in alcohol and huge on flavor, Gamma Ray ought to be savored, not gulped.

Appearance: Slight haze on a burnt orange color. No head, no carbonation, nothing.
Smell: Sweet caramelized malt and enough honey to kill a bear. A touch of biscuit malt. Deeply cooked malt sugar. Very faint touch of citrus from the hops. Crazy sweet with toffee, brown sugar, and raw sugar. Crazy amounts of honey. Some orange flesh. Slight hint of wheat with some solid alcohol. A hint of alcohol spice as well.
Taste: Honey and a ton of cooked and caramelized malts. Runs caramel, toffee, brown sugar, and raw sugar. It's sweet and then some and the honey layers over it. Aggressively sweet, but not too overbearing. Warming changes all of that. Concentrated raw sugar with a tiny hint of roasted malt. Honey jelly. Faint vestiges of wheat and caramel malt.
Mouthfeel: Medium body. Smooth and slick. Negligible carbonation. Clean, surprisingly.
Overall: The Hulk is now a diabetic.
Fresh, this came with a does of insulin. Aged, it's early onset.
