Bottle to Pint
Purchased from Whole Foods Tampa for $1.99
App- A big dark orange with spotty brown caramel highlights. A small 1/2 finger head with some good sticky cling.
Smell- A ton of caramel, orange juice, hops and a bit of an olive oil note.
Taste- Big hops on this one but not overly bitter. Smooth and rich with touches of creamy caramel. Balanced out with rich and good piney citrus.
Mouth- A full medium body with a medium lush carbonation. A ton of orange and piney residual flavors.
Drink- A very good beer with big flavors and a good layering without being overly bitter as well.

12oz bottle poured into a pint glass (while listening to the Grateful Dead)
Best before June, 3rd week
A: Pours a translucent light amber with just under 2 fingers width of light off white colored head, with decent retention that settles to a thin film and remains throughout the drink. Leaves some slight spotty lacing.
S: Lots of citrusy hops, pineapple, grapefruit, orange/tangerine, lemon zest. Some spicey hop characters as well, a little bready malt aroma, and a hint of booze.
T: Initial sip is some malt sweetness followed by spicey hops. Other flavors that come out are piney hop bitterness, some lemon zest and grapefruit (but not nearly the citrus hop presence that the aroma would suggest) and a bit of booze on the back end. Pretty decent flavor profile but I would have liked some more of the citrus hops characters to have come through in the taste.
M/D: Really smooth, medium to full bodied with a nice low level of carbonation. Nice mouthfeel that leaves you longing for the next sip. Incredibly easy to drink.
O: Overall, a pretty fine IPA. Very nice aroma, pretty tasty, with a great mouth feel and drinkability. I've had this a number of times and will have again in the future.
