Thanks to Gford217 for this bottle. This review got lost in my notebook and thus this is mainly just off my notes.
Poured from a 22 ounce bottle into my DFH pint glass.
A - Pours a light amber to gold color that is slightly hazy. A nice 2 finger light off white head that leaves quickly but leaves moderate lacing all over my glass.
S - Smells of amazing citrus hops, orange, graprefruit and pineapple all at the forefront. I get some sweeter notes at the back as well.
T - Hops! but lots of sweet notes as well. Like someone mixed some simple syrup with loads of citrusy tones.
M - The mouthfeel isnt wasn't I was expecting from a DIPA. Very oily and almost buttery. Caught me off gaurd but was still nice.
D - A very smooth brew from Terrapin. A nice DIPA that I wouldn't mind having again. Thanks for this beer Grant!

Poured into a rinsed chalice from the bottle.
A: hazy golden deep orange Suspended carbonation or solids, can't tell. one finger head quickly dissipated to a thick collar and some islands of bubbly head. Some say generous lacing, I am getting some but not generous. No legs are visible.
S: Musty grapefruit. Synephrine laced orange pith. Carmel or other medium roasted malts. Malted milk ball centers.
T: Puckery grapefruit, bitter citrus. Huge malt stands up very well to the hops. Sweetness like a candy sugar, most likely unfermented caramel malts and not candy sugar. Bittersweet is the perfect moniker for this beer. Yeast is not offensive, just a light estered note.
M: SMOOOTH,carbonation is spot on and malts are generating some sweet smoothness. Very slightly dry at finish with phenolic notes on outbreath. Hides booziness pretty well.
O: Big. Has the most grapefruit notes I have had since Devil Dancer, without the huge dryness and desert parching qualities of DD. This is pretty good for a high IBU grapefruit bomb.
