Poured from a bomber into a Duvel tulip
A- pours a crystal clear shade of orange with a two finger offwhite head that fades quickly. Looks real nice
S- peaches! The smell doesn't hide what this beer's calling card is...the peach scent is very strong and appealing
T- peachy. Getting some wheat flavors out of this as well. Not bad
M- pretty malty. The wheat really accentuates the malt
O- solid beer. You don't see a ton of peach beers that aren't lambics, so this was a nice change of pace

Terrapin/Left Hand collab. This was the first beer I ordered at the Left Hand Brewery during GABF week. Review from 9/25/11.
A - Served in a tulip. Excellent clarity to this bright and shiny glittering brass colored beer. Has a nice white head; tall with good retention properties.
S - Wow, the peaches are really ripe, fresh, and sweet. Lots of juicy aromas wafting around here. This fruit was wet, ripe, and delicious on its own, and these breweries added it at the peak of flavor to the beer. Easily the best aroma I have ever come across on a Fruit Beer.
T - Again, the peaches are wonderfully fresh and juicy. There's some crackery malt flavor in the background with a faint Belgian bent.
M/O - Creamy feel despite crisp carbonation. Excellent beer... I am so sad this was sent through the terrapin distribution network - I'd have loved a bottle or two to take home!

thanks to TATURBO for this sample!
reviewed from notes taken on 4/25/12.
poured into snifter.
Appearance: peach colored body. One and a half fingers of head that drop quickly to no head.
Smell: I dont really like peaches, but this beer actually smells good. Fresh and juicy peaches almost has a wine cooler smell to it.
Taste: Big peach flavor upfront and it finishes grainy. Drink this beer cold because as it warms to room temperature it begins to develop a medicinal and veggietal characterists to it that are not that pleasant.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer with about moderate carbonation.
Overall: Its very peachy and one demensional. Your girlfreind will love this beer if she enjoys peaches.

A: Golden with minimal head
S: Sweet Juicy Peach. If the rest of the beer lived up to the smell, This would be great. Smell was awesomely inviting.
T: Peach.... And not much else. A bit grainy in flavor. Not even average in taste hence the 2.5/5
M: Nothing special going on here.. Next...
Overall: Disappointing. Not sure what I'd hoped for in this but no complexity or really anything going on to make it stand out.
