Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a CCB pint glass.

A: Nice light gold, nearly clear with some chill haze. Huge white fluffy head even on a gentle pour, put it recedes to a more manageable level fairly quickly. Lots of visible carbonation.

S: Some peach aroma reaches the nose before it's close to the glass. Digging in, there's also some black pepper spice, musty grassy hay, yeast fruity esters, and some cracker malt.

T: Damn...this was starting out so promisingly. Peppery, yeasty, musty saison up from. The peach flavor comes in thin and fairly uninviting - I wouldn't go so far as to call it an artificial peach flavor, but it's not completely natural-tasting. And the black pepper sticks around all the way through the peach taste, and that's not a good mix for me. The pepper sticks around for a bit after the swallow.

M: Light body, lots of carbonation sensation, and minimal alcohol.

O: This looked brilliant, smelled really nice and inviting, and was put together quite well. The flavor profile was just a complete fail here. Peach is a very difficult flavor to get right in a beer...I think it's done poorly WAY more often than successfully. And unfortunately, this fell into the majority. The clash of the black pepper and the nearly-artificial fruitiness didn't work for me either. Not a drain-pour, but I won't be drinking another.

Poured from a 12 oz glass into a snifter. Acquired in a trade.

A- pours a hazy yellow orange body with a 2 finger whit head that reduces fairly quickly.

S- Strong peaches, mango, citrus, wheat, spices, cloves.

T- Huge peach punch upfront, gives away to bready, malty, fruity, spicy finish.

M- Easy drinking, somewhat thin body. Great summer beer.

One dimensional, but definitely a easy drinking, nice tasting thirst quencher. Wish it was available around me.

Pours a light golden color with a soapy white head. One of the best aromas in a brew featuring peaches. Peach juice, wheat, bread and light floral.

In the taste, fruity peach, light tartness, some spicy yeast. Has a mellow herbal note and hints of cantaloupe. Almost has a fresh unripe peach skin taste. The peach and hops lead the palate to a state of subtropical confusion, in a good way.

Light to medium bodied with a light carbonation. Fruity and enjoyable at that, yet it really carries the Saison style quite well. Overall this is a good brew, pretty interesting stuff.

When I poured this beer it has light orange color with a big foamy white head. The aroma smells like a fresh peach. The taste has some peach to it but not much, has more of a grain and yeast flavor to it. The mouthfeel is smooth and overall this batch was over carbonated but tasty.
