Poured from a can into a pint glass.
Pours a slightly hazy yellow straw color. About a fingers worth of white head, long lasting. Lots of carbonation is visible. Aroma is great, hoppy, citrus and earth right off the bat. Taste is earthy bitter right away, fading to a citrus flavor with a slight caramel malt sweetness in the finish. Finishes nice and crisp, very well balanced. On a second taste I notice a slight hint of sulfur in the nose. Medium high carbonation, medium low body.
This is Terrapin's take on a sessionable pale ale, and I'd say they succeeded. Light enough to enjoy several, yet still hoppy enough to provide the expected pleasure from a pale ale. Very well balanced, I expected a session ale to lean more towards the hops, however this one is a very balanced pale ale. Less sweet than their rye pale ale. I will definitely be having more of these whenever I can find them. Excellent beer.

12 ounce can, packaged on dating on the bottom of the can. (7/30/2013=not super fresh)
Pours clouded medium amber, under a looser off white head, that leaves nice looking film and some delicate low sheeting.
Lime, ginger and piney hops on the nose.
Easy drinking pale, with more citrus, more ginger and more pine. More then respectable sessioner. Dry finish with more of the some notes I got on the nose and in the first few sips.
More quality beer in a can, nice.

Pale golden copper hue with a bright eggshell white head forming thick copious layered foam, fine speckled lacing left in even patterns with each sip. This is a great canned offering from Athens, GA. Floral, citric hop aromatics flood my nares, what a great smelling brew. Mild biscuit malt profile just enough to qualify this libation as liquid bread. Smooth balanced pale ale aggressive hops up front, a true session pale ale. Light bready qualities balance at the citric floral hop bomb that this low alcohol but high flavor ale has. Crazy drinkability perfect crisp bitter finish, with ample carbonation nothing is over done great beer. Overall a brew, I will buy by the 12 pack if given the opportunity.

Pretty amber color with a big foam head. Lace is patchy. Aroma is full of nice fresh grassy fruity hops and clean grains. Citrus and tropical. Taste is bright and happy. A little pine resiny, citrus, earthy and green. Grassy bitterness lingers. Texture is very liquid, smooth, and dry. I like this beer. A sessionable treat.
