12oz. bottle poured into a tumbler glass.
A- a clear bright yellow/gold. Half finger worth of head that leaves a bit of lacing.
S- biscuits and crackers with some mild herbal hops and sweetness. Smells pretty nice.
T- The taste is pretty "cracker-like". Saltines, and a bit of Ritz. The earthy, herbal hops are quite restrained, but can be detected on the backend. Quite crisp. There are some fruity/citric notes in there as well, but very restrained.
M- Light to medium bodied. Fairly carbonated. Dries a bit on the back end.
O- Being that most of the cream ales I've had have been trash, this one is pretty good, but still nothing to write home about. Certainly better than your average macro.
