A good selection of bombers and singles (most of which are room temperature), as well as other standard bulk packaging (most of which are refrigerated). A few things I saw were unexpected, like the last two years of Deschutes Black Butte sitting side-by-side at reasonable prices. I also saw many questionable IPAs of unknown vintage and out-of-date seasonals. None of which were unexpected, as that's about how things go in shops that don't turn over much inventory. But, they're about the only game in town, so it's good they're worth a visit.

Best store to buy beer at in Great Falls. Best beer selection in town, from local to national craft brews to imports from all over the world. Not the best selection ever in history of these kinds of stores, but for a city of 60k it's reasonable and adequate. There's enough of a selection and a quick enough turn over to keep you coming back on a biweekly basis. Storage space is limited, so they don't waste any effort stocking cases of crap pilsners and the like.

The owner, Gene, can be a bit snippy at times and he's much more knowledgeable about wine than beer. Prices are fair. The night staff, particularly Andy (tall guy with glasses and tattoos) knows what he's talking about when it comes to beer. Tell him what you like and he'll point you to more things you're likely to enjoy.

As another reviewer mentioned, some of the more expensive and less popular imports on the shelves are occasionally past date, so do yourself a favor and check that before you buy. I have not had this problem with any of the American craft beers.

There aren't a lot of options for imported beer outlets in Great Falls, but Vintage Sellers (NOT Cellars!) does a fine job.

Been here a few times. It's a decent place. For Great Falls, which has a shitty craft beer scene, it's a good place to go. The selection isn't huge, but does provide for quality local breweries. The beer is organized according by region/country. Several coolers available to keep the beer cold. They even have a small selection of local Montana pint glasses for purchases. Big bone of contention for me is the fact that there is ALOT of out-of-date beer to be found here.Kind of embarrasing that I have found fresher Deschutes at Wal-Mart and other supermarkets than at a store promoting it's craft selection. Haven't had the discussion about this problem with the ownership, but intend to do so, since this is the only store in GF that exclusively caters to craft drinkers. The staff are very friendly and seem to have some basic knowledge about their selection. Selection of fine wine is also good, not great, but good.

This place is on the Northeast side of Great Falls in a strip mall next to a health food store. You can tell nothing about it from the outside, but inside it's really a pretty nice place. Fairly small, but packed with beer and wine. Beer and wine are split pretty evenly.

Quality: After going here for a while I can say that most stuff has pretty slow turnover. I usually grab anything that they just get in because I know it's fresh.

Service: Everyone that works here is friendly and I often see them giving customers suggestions on stuff to try. Gene is the owner and seems to have a great relationship with a lot of his customers. Pretty nice guy.

Selection: They have a lot of the local beers from the state of Montana, and most of those are pretty good. The best thing about this place is that it does see a fairly impressive selection of limited releases (for Great Falls), especially from Deschutes and Big Sky. The selection is definitely good for Great Falls, but not on the level of other beer stores that I have seen.

Overall: This is hands down the best beer store in Great Falls. They have plenty of stuff to keep me trying new things for a while. I haven't seen anything that is outrageously priced, either. Pretty decent value.
