Blond Bocks bright golden color suggests its a variant on a Helles bock theme though its designation on Raccoons website as an ale lends some confusion to its identity. Its also suggesting a casual lagering process and yields no discernible smell. My pint was topped by a thin head and adorned with abstract lace. The taste was defined by a clean yeasty flavor with casual bittering.
A modest but friendly brew with a rolling mouthfeel.
