Poured into 2 wine glasses. 2008 bottling.
A- Pours a brown ruby hue. Some bubbly head that quickly fades.
S- Sweet and tart cherries. A definite tang, some slight musk. Has a zing and is bold.
T- An interesting flanders red. Tartness with a light vinegar. The cherry notes starts from tangy unripe that fades to a ripe sweet infusion. Also a woodsy and slightly earthy flavor in finish. A really good Flanders red.
M- Fills palate, tart is bold. Kinda acidic on teeth but not grating. Wet, crisp, some zesty on palate, medium bodied.
O- The alc is not present. Very drinkable and enjoyable. A memorable Flanders Red. Been craving more. Def check this out. ~$12
