750 ml bottle poured into my ccb snifter.
A- pours a golden orange color. A inch worth of frothy white head. Decent retention and tons of lacing.
A- Apricots and tangerines. A bunch of fresh citus. It is just awesome, as soon as I popped the cork it hit me.
T- Again, tons of fresh fruit. Apricot and tangerines dominate. There is a nice tartness that I absolutely loved. A touch of sweetness is present but the tartness dominates. Some biscuity notes are also in the mix.
M- highly carbonated. Light in body. A tart finish that is semi-puckering.
D- I would have no issues drinking this all day!
