A: Dark brown and turbid. Foams up and down quickly, acceptable for a sour. Sticky foam sticks to the glass as you drink but doesn't lace.
S: Lactic, Oak, I get light bourbon notes in the nose, fruitiness and sour funk.
T: Sour. Sour. Sour. The double red and red ferment well with their lactic culture. not much bourbon or cherry, but the fruit is apparent. I'm always amazed what fruit tastes like with the sugar fermented out.
M: pitch perfect. The active carbonation pops the firmly placed cork. The prickly carbonation carries the flavors.
O: Great. Worth the Hype. It would have been all 5s if the individual flavors had been more distinguishable. I am a fan of this.
