On tap at Cascade Barrel House PDX, part of the Tuesday night straight from the barrel limited release series, $6.50 for 12 oz. teardrop.

1/2 finger off-white head, medium dissipation with significant lacing. Nose features a huge cherry hit, sour. Taste is smooth sweet cherries up front, big dose of funky sourness in the middle, leading to a puckeringly sour finish, yumm. Mouthfeel is medium light, light effervescence. Drinkability is effected by noticeable alcohol heat. Not the complexity of Sang Noir, but a very tasty beer.
