Thanks to Aaron for sharing this one! Quick review from written notes.
Served in a small tulip glass, it has a sanguine wine-like appearance, with no foam on the surface. Purplish red coloration.
Berries and Bretty bandaid aroma, with a light fruit sweetness in the periphery.
Super acidic and sour, puckering with light acetic sharpness, and a very dry finish. Salivary glands work into overdrive. Medium bodied with light carbonation, almost like sparkling juice. It's drinkable and satisfies the sour fix, though it's a little one-dimensional overall.
