Pours deep red with some blue/purple tint. A bit of a fluffy pink head that recedes soon after the pour. Residual bubbles cling to the side of the glass although lacing is minimal.
Berry lemon fruit notes in the aroma, although I doubt I'd pick out blueberry if I didn't know. A bit funky, but typical Cascade lacto sourness and a good amount of oak.
Lots of berries in the flavor along with a good puckering sour profile. A lot of oak as well as it finishes dry and tart and the sourness lingers on the tongue.
Light bodied with high carbonation levels.
Really enjoyed this one. I split the 750, but could have easily downed the whole thing myself. Very puckering without ever getting too sour and some good bright berry/fruit flavors. Ordered a few more of these after how much the girlfriend and I enjoyed this one.
