On draught at the barrel house, strait from the barrel. Served in their little 8 oz chalice (more like a taster size), Sour Lime is murky gold with a loose white head leaving light, sticky lace.

Smell is very sweet, lots of pear, with some acetone, but not singeing.

Taste is pretty mild. Moderately tart, clean. Hint of citrus, like the nose, more pear then lime. Pretty generic cascade tart blonde; fine, but not particularly unique.

Mouthfeel is dry but slippery, medium light bodied.

Drinkability is fine. It's quenching, refreshing. Too bad it's just a stingy pour for $6.
