Brilliant clarity, bright golden in color. Pamola Pours with a nice creamy head and subtle malt and hop aroma. Crisp, clean, effervescent start with a touch of malt character and a balanced bitterness. Hop flavors linger nicely. Finishes clean, crisp and dry with a light body. Pamola is brewed with pure, soft Maine water from Lake Auburn; three different hop varieties, plus domestic and imported “Character” malts provide complexity, color and body while making use of a clean, well attenuating, top-fermenting American ale yeast. The beer is then cold conditioned for a smooth, clean and crisp flavor. This one is extremely drinkable!

From the can, it was poured into a pint glass. It had a hazy golden, yet slightly orange body. The white head forms and fades within seconds. The lacing is ringy. The smell is grainy, slightly corn but sweet fruits and light hops. The taste has the grain again, however, I do notice some breadiness. Once again the fruit comes back with the hops. The palate has a light body with a high carbonation that is smooth. It finishes with a slight bitterness. Overall, this is good for me and the style.

4/14/17...clear gold, white foam, light bubble movement. Straw citrus nose. Lemons. Clean crisp citrus malt taste. Juicy. Clean crisp finish as well. Very simple, but nails the simplicity. Light bitter holds after.
