Smith is a hip neighborhood gastro pub that is worth a visit if in the area (it's only a block from the Hopvine, another great WA beer establishment). The atmosphere is dark and campy, with plenty of old paintings and taxidermy on the wall.

While their tap selection does not rotate enough for my liking (I come up to the area once a month, and it's almost always the same), they do have a solid mix of WA beer, American craft, and imports - Odin, Snoqualmie Stout (on nitro = delicious), Georgetown Porter, Rogue Hazelnut, Allagash white, Lagunitas Pale, Ninkasi IPA, Radeberger etc. Their bottles and cans are also a mix of rare imports and craft.

They also carry the obligatory vintage beer - PBR, Olympia, Rainier - and at times, it seems like this place is filled with hipsters. But if you don't come on a Fri or Sat night, you should be able to get a booth or seat at the bar to enjoy some nice pints.
