The first thing I noticed is the smell of wood. Strong. New. Second thing is the large amount of space. This is no hole-in-the-wall. It's big, and it feels more like a wine-bar than a beer-bar; seeing as how it was a cheese-shop recently, I can see how the resemblance is not coincidental.

Let's see, shelves holding bottles of beers and wines on one side, multitudes of bottles in refrigerators on the other side. A whole lot of The Bruery paraphernalia in the middle. Beers on tap near the back corner, with plenty to choose from (more on that in a minute). A tasting/eating area is situated across from the taps, which is (agreed upon by the working cast) waaayyy too small for the amount of business that may be coming down the pipeline here. They need to expand it, and hopefully in due time.

Service personnel include a lot of the same faces I see at the hometown location in Placentia. Stef was nice enough to take me on a tour of the various products carried throughout the store (thank you as always Stef). Patrick Rue was also there, though at the time working more on logistics and "home-improvement" than serving customers. The service is good, though there are some fresh faces apparently learning the rounds.

The selection is excellent. Due to the size of the store, it doesn't appear overwhelming at first, but the selection, when you really think about it, is quite extensive. Not all-encompassing, but plenty to choose from, inluding the Bruery's own Provisions series, Midnight Sessions Brewing (a killer brewery out of Anchorage, Alaska), Haand Bryggeriat, Brasserie Dieu Du Ciel, Nora Brewery, Abbaye de Saint Bon-Chien, J.W. Lees various Barleywines, Harvieston, Pennepeut, etc., etc.

Foods include numerous meats (e.g., salami, Italian cuts), quality cheeses, salted nuts, and so forth.

Now we discuss the pairings, or flights, which do include wine flights, but we shan't talk about those: this is a beer discussion. There are six flights thus far, three of them The Bruery's own and three regional, the former including The Bruery's year-round beers, special draft releases/seasonals, and barrel-aged beers, and the latter from Orange County, San Diego, and Belgium. Without getting too much into it, it's a working flight list, but fairly innovative in helping to satisfy the initiated while hooking the newbies.

Each flight additionally has a recommended meat or cheese pairing, and the portions are hearty and well-presented.

Overall value: Good. I mean, it's The Bruery, right? And while Provisions is obviously in its infancy, and tending to cater to the real estate's previous clientele (very smart), it's a great place to go to in downtown Orange and indulge in a variety of delicious beer flights, pick up some bottles of things pedestrian and/or rare, and buy some apparel. Check it out peeps.

On the heels of stupidly having hit the Bruery brewery proper first. Don’t get me wrong. I mean they had a pretty good selection of their wares, and we sampled what we wanted; it was just that there was nothing sour on. And that wouldn’t have been so bad had I not enjoyed them sourz just a few days before at the Barcade event and was now looking forward to them, which I was. But finding them here, I was not. Sampler and out; sad, like the clown...

But they’ve got a store somewhere somewhere, not near here but not too far away. It’s earlyish yet, let’s go see what Bruery Provisions brings. Oh, the main drag in town closed due to some inconvenient to me event in the street, we’re not off to a good start. But we parked round the corner and made tracks for this place in the strip.

A doublewide, with its center sections removed, and a clear differentiation of space between the upfront store and rear of the room bar/seating area (but we’ll get to that). Up front, a row of 9 cooler doors on one wall with soda & sixtels & bottles in between, plus 2 more ‘round the bend. The coolers are lined above with horizontal blackboards, listing specials and Brueryisms they want you to know about. On the opposite wall, a length of shelving racks holding warm beer, and some of the aforementioned provisions. Out across the floor, a large Bruery beer display, racks of wines, and clothed tables holding more of the dry goods; marmalades & jams, honeys, crackers, breadsticks, Stone hot sauces, Sierra Nevada mustards, olive oils, coffee from bean players Intelligentsia & Kean, tea, chocolate, etc.; quality select representations of each.

To the rear, meat & cheeses on the front side of the counter (They do cheese & charcuterie plates, but I just wasn’t feeling it). I can see a row of 10 Bruery handles back behind the counter, and then there are 2 rows of 10 nondescript handles behind them on each side. Order your food and drink, and hit one of the 2 longish communal hightop tables seating 8 each shared, or the bar counter space running an ‘L’ around it, seating for another 8 or so on backed stools. The seating area penned by a half wall; its sills lined with bulbed candleholders.

Beigey walls, wood slat floorings, and pressed tin ceiling with drop pan lamps. A most impressive large bottle cap logo mosaic on the far rear wall framed, and 2 dozen mounted & framed beer labels to the rear around a cork & cap logo piece that is also really quite excellent. I will mention that the bathrooms are pasted with colorful Bruery stickers, as well. Large windows over North Glassell Street with sprawling hoppiness lined barrels over the hang, and baby trees & other plants atop the shelving units.

8 house beers on tap; Nottenroth (Berliner), Mischief (Belgian Strong Golden), Humulus Lager, (Imperial Pale Lager), White Oak (Wheat Wine/Strong Golden blend), Loakal Red (Oak aged American Red Ale), Saison De Lente (Spring Saison), Filmishmish (barrel aged sour with apricot), Sour in the Rye (sour rye in oak), + 20 guest taps; ½ of them Westish coast craft (Green Flash Palate Wrecker Imperial IPA & Double Stout, Ballast Point Sea Monster Imperial Stout & Smoke Screen Lager, Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Barleywine, Stone Smoked Porter, Logsdon Kili Wit, Hangar 24 Orange Wheat, Cismontane Smokin’ Santiago Scotch Ale, Epic Smoked & Oaked Belgian Style Ale), and the other ½ a split between craft beyond (Oskar Blues Deviant Dale’s IPA, Allagash White & Tripel, DogFishHead Aprihop & Chicory Stout), and import play (Evil Twin Freudian Slip Barleywine & Biscotti Break Porter, Drie Fonteinen Zwet.Be Porter, Bockor Bellegems Bruin, Blanche De Bruxelles).

They do a pair of preset house beer flights which we no thank you’d, and just went with what we wanted (Nottenroth, a Berliner wannabe, or more likely a wouldabeen, had it soured up, which it did not, still, it was nicely tart; Humulus Lager, citrusy, piney, and very hoppy, more like an IPA than an impy lager; Filmishmish, love, amazingly quaffably pleasant; Sour in the Rye, funk & fruit, also one of the does not suck varietals; and then guest offerings Evil Twin Biscotti Break, just stellar, licorice, an imperial porter of fucking awesome; and the Bockor Bellegems Bruin, on the recommendation from the cooler kid, a nicely done Oud Bruin).

Easily more than 100 bottled offerings in all, including a good number of Bruery beers selections. Ben grabbed some Bruery/Lawson’s maple crazy collaboration (Acer Quercus), and later we wondered why we didn’t snag a Black Tuesday instead (serious duh). Yes, there were other goods I would not have minded putting my drink on. And in retrospect, a meat plate of spicy things would have been perfect (it had been a long day). Great tunes, we dig it here and are slightly bent that we wasted our time at the brewery tasting room instead of hitting this much earlier. It’s a neat, clean place; someone knew what they were doing.

Beautiful, clean, roomy. A bottle shop, with a huge tasting room in the back, and a patio out the back door. Very relaxing, and comfortable.

Can't complain about the quality, everything is clean and well done, selection is quite diverse, with some stuff only available in store, guest brews in the bottle, and on tap, with Bruery only stuff as well.

The food choices are high quality as well, if only lacking in diversity. Meats, cold cuts, cheeses, nuts, breads, and olives, all snacking foods, not really a place for a meal.

Pricing for bottles is on par, or more, and the on tap brews are all priced similary, but the higher the abv, the smaller the pour.

A great experience was had here, the snacks are high quality, the beer is stellar, what else could you want?

I have a lot of fun when I come here. If your not waiting for allocations (which has recently gotten a bit more organized) then you have time and room to browse. I really enjoy the bruery's style and imagination when it comes to brewing, and they offer a great selection of other brewery's best. The flights are reasonable with a large variety to try. The artwork is awesome! And the staff is very helpful with suggestions and descriptions. Overall its a great way to spend an afternoon in the enthralling, historic downtown Orange district. Cheers!

The atmosphere is traditional - I actually prefer the tasting room vibe more but not real complaints either.

The staff is always gracious if not always totally knowledgeable (no biggie in my book). I commend them for the excellent job they did getting the Reserve Society allocation ready on the initiation celebration day. All around friendly.

Stop by a few times a year to pick up bruery releases - have quite a wide selection of beers from other breweries too - sometimes harder to find selections. In the past they have put out limited release bruery beers for short periods and of course they have the provision series beers.

They do have cheese and wine also - but have never tried any.

In the front is like a regular store, the back half is the tasting area. I tried the tasting area for my first time the other day - got a tasting flight of specialty bruery beers. Nice to be able to try some of the beers before buying. This area is 21 and over only (ie not kid friendly). They are currently only doing flight of Bruery beers and just started doing full pours. Also a Patio in back is set to open any day.

Prices on beer to go are with in the norm or sometimes on the lower end. The tasting flight was $8 for 5 tasters (I think you get a slight better deal at the tasting room - but a different selection).

All in all totally worth a stop.

What to add that hasn't been said before about this place. Not only is it a top notch bottle shop bit it also offers slightly upscale meats and flights of beer (not only Bruery beers, not that I would complain if that was the case).

The bottle shop is well laid out, with Bruery stock placed roughly in the middle of the store as well as in coolers. Reasonable prices pm everything, and although the house beers can get a little pricy you certainly won't find many of them elsewhere.

The flights were all $6, which includes 5 pours. The girl at the taps let me substitute from the pre-selected flights which was cool.

No question that I'll be back, just wish I travelled to LA more often.

The Bruery Provisions is designed much like a deli, with service counters to order smoked meats, cheeses, and beer flights. There's a barstool seating area adjacent to the ordering counter, and then a large, open bottle shop taking up about half of the floor plan. All bottles, whether Bruery beers or otherwise, are available for single bottle purchase. The atmosphere is clean, classy, and sophisticated.

The quality of everything available is top-notch. The beers, foods, and cheeses served at the counter are all world-class, with rotating guest beers available each month. The bottleshop has a fantastic selection of American craft beers, Belgians, and other European bottles.

The service is better than average, and I believe every employee sincerely wants every customer to have the best experience possible. That being said, Bruery Provisions is getting more and more popular (and crowded) by the day, and sometimes I feel the employees are stretched a bit thin. The customer service suffers slightly, but as individuals, they're always working as hard as can be expected of anyone. Sometimes, there just aren't enough faces to feed and nourish the growing crowd.

The selection is incredible. Provisions serves as a world-class bottle shop, Bruery storefront, smoked meat and cheese deli, and craft beer bar.

In a perfect world, Provisions would serve full pours of beer (as opposed to 5oz. sample glasses) and fill growlers. Hoping this is in the works, as I know Patrick and team would like this to be the case as well. Fingers crossed.

The food is high quality and delicious. The meats and cheeses I have sampled pair very well with the beers, and the employees are more than happy to answer any questions.

My wife and I visited Provisions yesterday with NoSignsOfPain and DarthKostrizer. Walking in it reminded me of a small bistro market. They have an area for sales of beer, cider, and I believe wine along with stuff like food items and shirts. There is also a food and tasting area that has tables for people to sit at. Provisions offers a wide selection of Bruery and guest beers along with wine. They also have food items like meats and cheeses for you to snack on if you desire. I was able to try a lot of Bruery beers and some from Beachwood, Evil Twin, and Telegraph as well. Everything was of really good quality. Service was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this is an awesome little spot and I really want to make it back sometime soon.

Been here a couple of times in my tenure at Chapman U., right down the street.

A- Neo-rustic atmosphere, savvy beer crowd and pleasing lighting. Hard not to like this place.

Q- Good beer is good beer. Can't deny that.

S- Friendly staff (on most days) and prompt service.

Selection- Could be better. But they go for quality beers over quantity. I think.

F- Got cheese/nuts here for a review I was writing. Good pairs, that's for sure.

V- Can range from $$-$$$$ in bottle store. Fairly reasonably $$ in the tasting area though.

I am lucky that I can call Bruery Provisions my one-stop-shop or my local store.

This place has a great selection of beers, some that you can't find other places, actually a lot that you can't find at other stores; especially the Provisions series and Bruery beers.

Really friendly staff, always greeting you and making sure they are available to help you choose whatever it is your looking for, wether it is beer, cheese, wine, coffee or some gift items. They are really easy going people and love to make small talk with you, even when it is a little busy.

The only thing I can say bad about this place is it's too small, I wish it was bigger so they could accommodate more people, have a bigger tasting area or even stock more great beer! That would really put this place over the edge.

Great location in the Orange Circle, they fit in well. Great hours and really clean establishment.

Near the Bruery, about a half hour drive from LAX airport. A good selection of Bruery bottles, with a few differences from what they had at the brewery's tasting room. A pretty good bottle selection, at reasonable prices for Southern California. Not the best bottle store I visited on the trip, as it included Pizza Port's and Texas Liquor in Carlsbad. The outstanding feature is the tasting room where a quarter pint of many South Cal well rated books are served. My one complaint that detracted from this vacation stop, was that I settled up in cash on one of my trips for bottles and a flight, but was approached later with my Visa number. Its very possibly just a one-off error, but I would recommend people keep their purchases on their cards to keep records in any case. People were doing their own thing here, tons of couples and small groups of friends. service: One has to get up and get their flights and bottles. Still very much worth a stop.

Stopped by Provisions during a recent trip to Orange County. Located on the main shopping district/street that runs through the center of town. Very clean with room temperature bottles on the right, coolers on the left and a deli case/bar counter straight ahead.

This is pretty much the perfect retail space with a combination of rare bottles, an amazing draft selection(with flights available), merch and cheese/charcuterie. The selection of bottles outside of the Bruery beers isn't that impressive but the draft list is excellent.. They have a variety of different flights to choose from or you can make up your own. There's a small seating area for you to eat/sample beers. Lots of rare one offs on draft and cool guest beers. I tried Smoking Wood, Burly Gourd, Knuckle Sandwich, Telegraph obscura Vieja and Loakal Red. Quite an impressive selection and there were many more to choose from. They had lots of rare Bruery bottles that don't see distribution and a few other nice choices. Also, they sell some cool glassware and other Bruery merchandise.

We didn't try the food because we had just eaten but it looked delicious. Lots of artisan meats and cheeses. I've been to plenty of other shops with better selections but the combination of bottles, merchandise, food and quality drafts made this place one of the best retail spaces I've seen. If I lived anywhere near this place I would be there all of the time.

I love this place. Which is a good thing due to the need to pick up all of my orders here. But as far as a beer store goes, they do a great job of carrying an eclectic range of interesting, and even precious beers. Yes they could probably rearrange their sales floor to increase the space to offer more variety, but I think it would undercut the classy, yet earthy ambience. I have yet to walk into this store inthe midst of a "sausage fest". You know what I mean, a bunch of guys standing around trying to outbeer each other over minute details or facts about beer. Can you talk beer in detail here, yes. There always seems to be a true beergeek around--but it remains inviting and approachable here.

And they have a good rotation of beer, as well as wine, here too. They are quite well tapped in to the industry and have developed some very fruitful relationships; so they get some "goods" from other brewers that you won't find at the big boxes (BevMo).

The food pairings are well done, and well presented, albeit a bit pricey at times. But hey they gotta pay the rent!!! And they can't sell full glasses so I'm not complaining about an extra $ or two for some great pairings of meat/cheese.

This place is a must go, for any beer lover, as well as anybody who likes to check out food/drink pairings as well as accessories.

Sometimes it's tough to find it when they do events so walking may be a must. But they have great selection both on tap and in bottles. Wine isn't my thing but they do have that and I've yet to try the food short of some bread. Overall great vibe, good beer, and cool people that provide good service. Its perfect because if you cant find a spot at the tasting area for flights i just take a walk down old town orange and admire the old style buildings and come back and find a spot. I am looking forward to being a 2012 RS member so I can come in to pick up my allocations. With the bruery's rapid growth they may need to expand that store or relocate to a larger facility.

Storefront in downtown Orange - just north of the square. A feel of an old general store...for great beer! A number of beers from belgium in the cooler which I had never seen. Interesting local and regional selection - plus the huge variety of Bruery beers.

The tasting area is in the back. Very comfortable tall chairs - creates a convivial feel. I ordered a classic tasting of Bruery beers - cost was $5 plus tax - hard to beat. Also ordered a salami plate that was excellent. Cost was $10 for a relatively small amount of salami, two types of cheese - some bread and olives. You get what you pay for - this was high quality and paired with the complex beers perfectly.

Service was a bit slow for buying the bottled beers and a line developed when I was there - otherwise good service.

I really loved the experience - high quality beer and food in a comfortable setting.

I visited this place before a bottleshare with Ehammond1 and NoSignsOfPain to pick up our allotment of Black Tuesday.

The area where you can actually drink is quite small and actually creates a better atmosphere because everyone is interacting with everyone. The on tap selection is good and of course all Bruery beers and you can only get 4oz pours so it is a good way to sample most of their products. I got to try Black Tuesday on draft and it was Phenomenal. But what makes this place a must stop is the bottle selection. They of course have a great selection of their own bottles but they have a pretty good selection of hard to find beers from all the world.

If I lived closer to this spot I would visit it quite often. Highly recommended

First stop after picking up a friend at the SNA airport. We got there early afternoon.

Nice atmosphere. Mellow at that time of the day. Very cool looking. Lots of french words for things (cause apparently they speak that in Orange).

Service was friendly. You're only about 50% waited on, so I don't know what you'd expect.

Selection was quite good. Lots of different flights, maybe 20ish taps? Not interested in the guest taps, as I remember some being average. But the bottle selection more than made up for it.

Food was good, but expensive. 11 dollars for a cheese plate with a few wedges on it. The flights were reasonably priced, except for the fancy pants flight, which was like twice the price of the other ones.

Money is my only real complaint. Quality was top notch, and a lot of those beers are incredible. Wouldn't make this a regular haunt, but definitely would come here a few times a year, if I didn't almost an hour away.

When I first walked in I was blown away by the bottles stocked in the store and the refrigerated case. They had cases of great Bruery beers waiting to be bought. Wish I had more room in my suitcase but did grab an Oude Tart to take home.

The back half of the store has a tasting area. The standard Bruery flights (5 glasses with ~2-3 oz) were around $5, but they were also serving a flight of GABF medal winners for $12. I had a sampler tray with assorted meats, olives, nuts, and bread for $13. Everything tasted great and I really liked being able to sample a the different beers. It was a bit of a drive from LA but if I lived here I would definitely visit once a month to pick up Bruery beers that can't be found in other stores.

Just went up to this place for the first time a few weekends ago and I was really impressed. The space is divided between the tasting room and the bottle shop. I was really impressed by the selection that the bottle shop had of both beers from The Bruery and harder to find beers from around the world.

I was a little surprised to find that they didn't offer larger sized samplings of The Bruery's beers, but the tasters were exceptional and I probably left happier than if I had just gotten a pint or two. You can also make your own sampler (so you could potentially fill all five sample glasses with nothing but one beer that you really like if that's the route you wanted to go) which I thought was definitely a good idea.

If you go, I would definitely recommend getting some of the food there. It's bomb and goes perfectly with the beers offered. We got a salami plate that was unbelievable and the bread they serve it with is the perfect palette cleanser. I will definitely be returning here soon.

Okay, this place is just amazing for many reasons. I was very fortunate that my girlfriend was touring Chapman University which is within walking distance. (I really hope she goes there!!!) We stopped in after a tour late afternoon.

I didn't like that this place only served sample sized beers, however that turned out to be a blessing as i got to try many many amazing beers.

Atmosphere: In the front there is a wonderful store full of Bruery gifts, as well souvenirs from other breweries as well. They had SO MANY rare beers from both the Bruery and many other breweries as well. it was a place one can spend a lot of time in. There is a small tasting section in the back.

Selection/Quality: They have tons of amazing world class beers here from the Bruery and other breweries on tap. The only catch is that you can only order sample platters of 5 beers at a time.

Value: I felt like i was stealing...each sample flight was so cheap...honestly i've never spent so little on such high quality beer in my life.

I felt so blessed to get to visit this place. If you're in the LA area, come here...it'll make you feel satisfied for days...with out putting a dent in your wallet.

The provision store should be considered an illegal substance. You know the moment you walk in there you're going to be handing over your wallet and hooked for life to coming here.

The atmosphere of the interior matches the exterior. It has a sort of 1960's sort of land-that-time-forgot feel to it. You expect Mister sandman to start playing.

It's clean, high brow for what you think of the beer establishments and liquor store and most of all, it's very appealing to non-beer drinkers. The tasting area is closed off but the ability to try five different beers at 2oz samples is great for trying new beers without a bottle commitment.

They also have wine for those who aren't into beer for some reason. With cheese and meat plates, you really can have a nice evening out here as a sort of stop on date night.

The thing that shines here is the fridge and bottle shop selection. You will lose so much money and get so many great beers from here.

Bruery provision series beers seem to only pop up here and at the tasting/brewery room. Besides the bruery bottles, you have a lot of other breweries getting great representation on the shelf.

Great for rare/hard to find beers and a great atmosphere all around.

123th beerfly review, and BA post which puts me into the next level of Beer Geekdom, so I have that going for me!

Located on the north end of the historic circle in Old Town Orange, this offshoot of the Placentia based Bruery presents an entirely new (at least to me) concept in beer merchandising. The beer selection features what appears to be approximately 500-600 beers, with 10 doors of temperature controlled coolers on one side of the room, and a like amount of shelf space for warm beers on the other. Two cooler doors are dedicated to The Bruery products, and this is the *only* retail spot where you will find Bruery Provision Series. I grabbed a couple of bottles (Snicklefritz, Tart of Darkness) to share with The Usual Suspects back home, along with a bottle of Mischief Gone Wild. I saw a number of interesting SoCal brewery products, Bootleggers, Telegraph etc., but decided in the name of limited suitcase space (with a trip to San Diego scheduled for the next day) to limit my purchase to those bottles. There are some wines available, but the real non-beer related highlight was the world class charcuterie selection, featuring a number of renowned purveyers, Fra Mani, Cypress Grove, etc. I didn't check the prices on the meats and cheeses but was duly impressed.

We spent our time doing some perusing but enjoying sample trays, the Classic Flight of Bruery products, 714, Salt of the Earth (a nice gose), Humulus ( a very hoppy lager), Iniquitious (10% Golden Ale) and the monstrous and tasty Cuir. We also had a cheese plate which paired nicely with our beers. The entire tasting tray was only $5, a great value, and while the beers were supposed to be limited to 2 oz. samples, most (except for the Cuir, which was still a bargain priced sample given the $20 price tag on a bottle) were closed to 3.5-4 oz. Note that beverages had to be consumed in the rear portion of the establishment, re you can't take your beer with you and you peruse the shelves.

The help was extremely nice, they seemed to be an extension of Patrick's friendly and outgoing personality. Any requests were met with a nice smile. All in all, this is a world class tasting room, which my buddy observed had the feel of a classy wine bar (which they also offered sample trays of). In fact, he said he was going to bring his wife by here for a before dinner libation. That's high praise indeed. I will certainly make it a point to visit here every time I'm in the OC, and you should too. Very Highly Recommended.

Was able to stop by on a visit out to cali, just at the right time as they had some rare bottles for sale (100% Cuir). Pretty cool little shop. They have a ton of Bruery beers (obviously) and a great selection of other bottles as well, wine too. Cool that you can get food and flights of beer, wish I had time to do that! Not that big of a shop but they make good use of the space. Staff was very helpful. Picked up some Bruery swag and some great beers not distributed back home. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

This place is one-of-a-kind (from my experiences at least). A really cool bottle shop with over 500 bottles, but more importantly, a really cool tasting room that offers beer flights as well as excellent food pairings such as high-end cheeses and cured meats.

The flights were really cool - I ordered two different flights - and really showcased a wide variety of styles and breweries. The staff was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable and the food was excellent as well.

To top it off, when we left, I picked up a few awesome bottles, some of which were unique to Provisions. If I was a local, I would be here all the time. A must visit for out-of-towners and a short cab ride from Anaheim ($15).

I stopped by here on two separate occasions last week. Both were very enjoyable.

The atmosphere is quite nice. The setup is a very upscale craft beer and cheese shop with a tasting area in the back with tables very conducive to sharing beer and socializing. The afternoon that I came was empty, but the evening was quite crowded, though very manageable.

The service was excellent. The workers were extremely knowledgeable and were willing to discuss beer and provide suggestions with all products (I knew about the beer, but needed help with the cheese).

The beer selection was quite nice. The bottles to go are very well thought out and they have many limited Bruery offerings (among other breweries). It fell just short of amazing, as I was hoping for more limited Bruery beers on tap. However, this is a small complaint.

The food selection is geared towards cheese and meat pairings for the wine and beer. It is certainly not meant to be a place for a meal, and I rated accordingly. Although I do not know much about specialty charcuterie and cheese, the pairing was quite nice.

I highly recommend this place. Don't come expecting extremely limited Bruery beers, but expect at least a few interesting beers you've never tried (assuming you aren't a Bruery enthusiast), and nice meats and cheeses with which to pair the beers.

I really enjoy coming here as a one stop shop. First, Provisions offers a good selection of great beers. They really do not dabble with the average. They get some good rarities from time to time as well, and instead of announcing to the world their release or keeping them in the back, they place a bottle by the register so everyone who is there that day can buy them. Most bottles here go for close to what is at Total Wine but often just a tad lower. However sometimes you find great deals, like TenFidy for 10.50 instead of the usual 15-16 bucks you find at even TW. Another plus: Prima Pils in 6 packs IN THE FRIDGE! Score. TW only has warm singles. All beer styles that should be served cold (IPA, Saison, Sours, APAs) are kept in the fridge, while others (Old Ales, Dark Belgians, Big Stouts, Barleywines) are kept on the shelves. The selection is not Huge, but it is all quality.

Oh yeah they serve beer tasters and cheese/charcuterie (sp?) plates and beer tasters too. The cheese plates are fantastic. they do cost a bit, but it is a good price for the quality served. The beer list continually rotates, and always has a few interesting things I have not tried before. They really have a lot of buying power here because they pull in some rare kegs. Best of all the Kegs do not sell out super quick because they go 3-4 oz at a time. They also have a good selection of Bruery Beers for those who are visiting from out of town, and are not able to get to the Bruery Brewery during its limited hours.

Overall, this is a must frequent for locals and a must stop for visitors.

I have a real liking for old town Orange. I usually have some lunch and brews at The Haven on the other side of the circle and the other day I decided to see what The Bruery Provisions had to offer.

Definately a cool spot to check out. Looks alot like a nice gallery except the shelves are lined with some nice Belgian beers and they have a refrigerated side with Bruery and other craft offerings. Theres a nice collection of Bruery bottle labels very nicely framed lining the walls. Bench style tables are in the tasting area and it has a cool community vibe.

I opted for the Seasonal Bruery flight and for $6 I got to try 5 Bruery beers I probably wouldn't have found anywhere else including Cornballer which was by far my favorite. They also have a year round flight of their year round releases thats only $3. I have to say the flight prices are pretty awesome. At the time they also had an Allagash flight, a hoppy beer flight, and a malty beer flight that had some nice names on them. I also ordered their country pate which was very delicious and came with some olives that were nice palate cleansers between my tastings.

I will definately be coming back everytime I am in Orange to check out what new stuff they have going on.

On a small busy street in Orange. A couple of public parking lots nearby so if have a while it would pay to stop there and walk. I was lucky finding a spot on the street nearby as I was in a hurry.

Nice frontage and layout inside. Plenty of beer arranged by style (though I would like to see the styles written up somewhere) along the right wall and in the fridges on the left. Tasting area at the back right.

Found a few things I haven't seen in other shops around, but in several cases what I did see elsewhere was a bit more here. Would like to go back and do some tasting as it looks likes cool relaxing place to hang out, though be careful with the credit card.

Edit: need to mention seeing some New Zealand beer here (8 Wired) that doesn't get to Hobart yet. Doesnt quite up the selection overall but honorable mention for getting some oddities.

My wife and I decided to stop by after we had seen it on BA. Funny thing is that we had passed by it a bunch of times and never really noticed it.

Overall the selections were good, but nothing i saw there was amazing. As we're always on a sour quest we were let down as they had nothing available when we stopped in.

The staff was very friendly though and they were trying to see if they could find something to spark our interest. We ended up leaving empty handed so that was slightly disappointing.

I like the location, very nice looking store on the inside with hardwood floors and a great layout separating the tasting area from the bottle shop. Caught myself staring at the cheese and meat counter longer than I anticipated but they were so busy with tasters no one could help me.

Checked out their selection at first and found it to be quite good with a lot of newly released beers and some interesting styles that I had not seen from top notch brewers

Finally i made it over for some tasters and was helped quickly. Tasted the IPA and Seasonal flights, both were good values. The Seasonal taster offered the Cuadruple which I was pleased to try along with the Old Richland which was fantastic.

I went through my tasters quickly and then selected a couple bottles to go. It had become so packed at that point I was ready to get out of there. The place definitely has a nice business plan, it almost seems too small for its demand (at least on a weekend). The shop has a great feel to it, will definitely go back and try some of the food flights.

The shop is not too far from my place so me and my roomate go there every once in a while. They have alot of good beers and a bunch of stuff you won't find anywhere else. Their beer prices are a little higher than average I would say. Though I live right by a total wine and their the cheapest. Alot of their beer is in coolers and most of the belgians and beers that can age well are on shelves. Looks like they have a decent wine selection along with trinkets and Bruery merchandise in the middle of the shop.

The way they serve beers is a little odd but it works. It's cool to be able to have 5 different beers for only $6 or so but their only like a sip and a half worth of the beer. The cheese plates and meat plates are awesome. Get a plate with the prochuto. Awesome stuff. Looks like a decent selection of cheeses but I don't know enough about cheese. One thing about the bar/taster section is it's pretty small. It gets crowded fast and they really need to expand already. Overall it's a cool place to go but not something I would make a regular stop to. Too small and gets crowded and I would only really use them if they had something awesome on tap or if they had some different beers in stock that I can't get at Total Wine or something.

This is like in downtown or old town main street like Orange. Pretty easy to find, parking wasn't an issue.

Walk in, its like a little boutique shop. . . with tasters! Good amount of wine and just a hodgepodge of different beers here. Was surprised they didn't have a better selection of Bruery stuff, although I did find a bottle of the saison de lente, which I can't find in Reno, so that was cool I guess. Memorabilia, cool artwork with the bottle caps and bottle labels. Chocolate and cheese plates to pair with your beer. A little quirky, would just like to see more of their own stuff in here, growler fills, bottle service, drink em there, etc. . .

Stopped in here on Saturday right before the Bruery Reserve Society Initiation Party (my good friend and roommate, JustinA1, recently joined and I got to be his guest).

The Bruery Provisions store is a pretty classy joint. It feels a lot like an antique store, except swap the lamps and trinkets for beer, mustard, glassware, and Bruery swag. I wasn't interested in anything but the beer though; I paid little to no attention to the rest.

The beer selection is very solid; pretty much an even split between west coast micro-brews and European artisan ales. The selection is also split into a refrigerated section and a non-refrigerated section. (The hoppier ales are all kept chilled - no need to worry about that.) I was surprised to not see a whole lot of Bruery beers; I spotted Saison de Lente, Rugbrød, White Orchard, and possibly Loakal Red - that was it!

When I stepped to the register with my one bottle of GD Hibernation Ale, the cashier was very friendly and conversational. She bagged my beer and wished us a good time at the Reserve Society Festival.

All in all, I was impressed by this little shop. It was very clean and had a beer selection that was lots of fun to look at. If you're in the Orange area, check it out!

Stopped in here real quick after the bruery RS party to pick up a few bottles I had waiting for me. Quality was pretty good. Lots of different beers and wines. Nothing overly rare or anything like that, just plenty of solid offerings. The place truly is a one stop shop if you are looking to get everything you need for a tasting. Grab a beer, some cheese, and you are good to go.

Service was a bit spotty but the place was pretty packed so no big deal. The girls at the register could have used a bit more help but they still moved the line pretty quickly. The selection was good, not great. I noticed quite a few tasty offerings but when you are from PA and have access to most of the things from out there you really have to be wowed to impress me. I just wish we could have stayed a bit longer but we had places to be. Next time I am out there for a party I will have to spend a bit more time here.

This location was hard to find. I'm just glad I was with womencantsail as I would have never been able to find this spot without him. Stopped in after the Bruery RS Party to pick up a few things that he said they had there that were on my Wants list. There is a front and back entrance depending on where you park that makes access pretty easy. Upon walking in this seemed like a really nice hangout spot for beer enthusiasts. They offer quite a few brews on tap. We only came to buy bottles so we did not partake in any beer there. They had a pretty good selection here, but it was not what I was expecting if I'm honest. They had Alesmith, HOTD, The Bruery, and a few other things. Nothing too rare while I was there that I noticed. The prices were pretty good as well. I picked up a few things and a Bruery tulip while I was there and headed out. I would suggest this as a must stop while you are in the area.

A nice little stop while down in Orange County. Pretty quaint from the outside, but once inside, was a nice line-up of beers and a tasting area and bar. Didn't have time to try anything on tap, but I was satisfied with the bottles I walked away with. Prices weren't too bad, but not the cheapest I saw around. Staff was extremely helpful when asked about 50/50 Eclipse, Abyss, and Dissident. While they sold out of the other 2, I was able to walk away with a bottle of Abyss. But I had to ask as they did not have these brews on their shelves. Would love to come back!

Bruery Provisions is a great store located in a great area of downtown Orange. They have a wide selection of bottles, one row of coolers and another row of beers at room temperature. This is one of the few places you can get Loakal Red and the only place you can get the "Provision Series" Bruery beers.

They have a tasting bar with rotating taps. You can either select from the pre-arranged tastings (along with suggested light food pairings (cheese, chocolate, nuts, dried fruits)) or get individual tastings for $1-$2 per 2 oz pour. Only complaint is there is very few seats available (only 3 or 4 I believe), so you have to lean on the waist high table or countertops while enjoying your beer.

They regularly update the tasting flights on their Facebook page under the "menu" tab.

Employees are knowledgeable and always willing to help out.

Also if you are a Reserve Society Member, don't forget to ask for your discount.

Nice little shop. One row of coolers, one row of beers. Bruery stuff plus great craft beers. Has kinda a gift shop look to it with stuff for sale. Can get 2 oz flights only - kinda weird but interesting. They carry flights of Bruery stuff plus other predesigned flights. Meat and cheese plates are the only food for sale. Not much seating but maybe room for about 25 people or so. One dude and a cute chick working the place. Both were knowledgeable. Nice way to try a lot of beers. Good selection of beers that I didnt see at other top stores in SoCal.
