Poured from 12 oz bottle into tulip glass. Bottle date is 6/22/2013.
A: Pours a cloudy copper red bordering on honey brown with huge 4 or 5 finger fluffy white head. Nice retention and lacing.
S: The nose is all hops. Piney resin, citrus, and floral notes.
T: Citrus and bitter from the hops dominate. A nice crispness makes for a refreshing beer.
M: Heavily carbonated and light on the tongue. A bit dry in the finish.
O: Nice IPA. I might have preferred a bit of malt or sweetness to help balance the hops, but enjoyable non the less. It's nice to see the local guys turning out a quality product.

12 oz bottle pours a murky copper color with a fine-bubbled, long lasting tan head. Retention and lace are both excellent, but the brew is a bit dark and cloudy for a higher score.
Nose is a wonderful blast of citric and tropical hops yet has an odd yogurt tang to it. You can tell lots of hops were used at the end of boil, but the overall aroma leaves a bit to be desired.
Thickness of the body carries through, but it is neither overly malty or yeasty. Odd, yet pleasant..unique is a good descriptor. The hops are bold, delivering a tropical hop blast with a side of plain yogurt. That might not sound all that great, but I am pretty happy with a 4-pack purchase of this. I like the dry-hopping and the malt is light despite the dark color. I would buy this again if I were to find myself passing through Alabama again...there are a few breweries there doing some cool shit.

12 ounce bottle -> New Belgium globe glass
A - hazy medium gold pour with a tiny one quarter inch head, no retention, and no lacing.
S - very powerful smell. Citrus fruit, bread, and pine notes shine through.
T - Big flavor. A bit unbalanced as the hops overpower the malt but I love a good hoppy DIPA and this one fits the bill. Grapefruit notes are present and well as a piney finish.
M - medium thick but not much carbonation.
O - I love supporting Alabama breweries and this is a worthy offering. I'm a bit baffled by the lack of head, but I have three more bottles and will see what the others do.

Many thanks to richj1970 for sending this.
A - Poured ice cold with substantial chill haze, copper tan color, massive amounts of carbonation, and a thick, billowy, three fingered creamy foam head. As the beer warms the chill haze starts to subside (somewhat). Massively sticky foam that looks like cotton candy.
S - Citrus, light pine, a hint of peach, crisp malt, and a slight aromatic tang.
T - Definitely a hop forward beer with floral and grapefruit from start to finish. The malt presence is only there to boost the ABV and keep the massive amount of hops in check. The bitterness is aggressive and lingering. As I work through the bottle some spiciness starts to surface.
M - Medium body with light prickly carbonation turning to a creamy finish.
O - Way too carbonated on the pour, there's not much you can do to keep the carbonation from filling half of the glass. Looks like a homebrew but makes up for the looks in taste. Nothing complex, just straight forward in your face hop bitterness. Amarillo hops in this one?
