Pour is a dark opaque purple with a pink head. Nose is faint, touch of oak and a very fleshy blackberry, a bit seedy and pitted. Taste is similar, the blackberry is seedy, the Brett is very strong, a little too strong as it drowns out the blackberry. Very faint in flavor. Strong carb on the light body. (306 characters)

Blend #2 poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass.

A- Almost purple in color with red hues, it could easily be mistaken for wine. A thin, fizzy light purple head sits atop the body. A slightly red hue is visible at the base of the glass.

S- Vinous, fruity, berry-like. There's a tartness underneath that isn't at all overwhelming. It's heavily floral and kind of like grape juice.

T- Tart berry flavor, some vinegar, barnyard funk, red wine.

M- It's tart first, then progressively more sour and vinegary. It's wine-like and has a dry finish. The carbonation is there but easy to overlook.

O- This is a good beer that is almost close to wine. (644 characters)
