750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Hazy pale yellow body. Not much of a head, but it has a thin white collar. Wispy surface.

Smell - Mint. Watermelon fruit. I get the lavender. Slight acidity and some brett. A little bit of lemon.

Taste - Watermelon is really strong. Lavender comes through also, but the spearmint is less intense, which is a good thing. Lactic sourness. Lemony finish.

Mouthfeel - Very light. Medium low carbonation. Pleasant tartness.

Overall - The watermelon is kinda weird and the herbal character cuts it a little bit. It's a strange combination of flavors that I rather liked after drinking it for a while.

Very good fall beer. Nice balance. Spice and fall harvest veggies come through nicely, light on smell and medium-light on flavor.
