A-Cloudy bright yellow, nice carbonation.

S-Mild funk, nice wheat and lemon, little bit of grass.

T-Starts with mild tartness, good deal of wheat and lots of lemon and grass. But not much of the orange and grapefruit though.

M-Lighter, nice carbonation and semi dry finish.

O-Needs more of the orange and the grapefruit to come through.

The beer is straw yellow and hazy with a white head. Aromas of saison yeast, grass, funk, citrus, lemon. Orange and lemon peel. Sunshine and grass with a touch of floral hops. Tangy and tart, a la grapefruit juice. Fresh Meyer lemons. Light to medium in body with soft carbonation. Tasty.

Cloudy small white head.
Aroma of bretty funk and orange with becoming stronger and stronger.
Taste has some astringency, and a pronounced limestone minerality along with some citrus pith bitterness not at all pleasant.

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Pale yellow and hazy. Nice white head. Thick collar.

Smell - Grapefruit. Lemon acidity. Musty yeastiness. Some pale malt.

Taste - Pleasant tartness. Lemony. A bit of grapefruit. Yeast. Less bright than the other variants.

Mouthfeel - Light body. Well carbonated.

Overall - It tastes like the others, but even more dull.
