Collaboration with Mikkeller
This variation on an imperial oatmeal stout, brewed in collaboration with Mikkeller, contains a healthy dose of authentic Kopi Luwak coffee (a.k.a. “weasel coffee”), along with other Vietnamese coffees, ground chipotle pepper. and a touch of smoked malt.

Jester King Weasel Rodeo
Pours dark brown into black in a snifter. 1/2 finger beautiful golden tan head that fades into a thin ring on the outside of the glass quickly.
Aromas are of intense dark chocolate, bit of chocolate sweetness, and a hint of smoke and chocolate liqueur and khalua.
Taste- semi sweet chocolate, strong coffee flavor but with a very mild bitterness. Bit of a dark fruit up front. Tiny bit of smokeyness on the finish, probably the chipotle.
Mouthfeel- coats the tongue nicely, it's not thick or viscous by any means but sticky. Little carbonation but not flat, small happy bubbles. The chipotle and alcohol heat sit nicely at the back of the throat.
O- super smooth, chocolatey, coffee without bitterness, and warming. Damn fine beer. Might have to pick another one up.
Buy again.
