B1 poured into a tulip glass. Beer pours a dark reddish purple, slight haze with thin white head. Not much head retention despite some decent carbonation.
Nose is very raspberry forward, fresh sweet and tart berries similar to sticking your head into a basket of ripe fruit. A bit of lactic acidity and old oak as well.
Sharp acidity upfront, heavy lactic acid, lemon juice and sour raspberry. A touch of sweet fruit, earthy funk and mineral flavors. Acidity really dominates the palette though, drying out the tongue with lingering lemony lactic flavors.
Light body and effervescent, tons of soft tiny bubbles aiding in drying out the tongue and keeping it clean.

Thanks for Mike for this one
App- Well color me pink. I didnt think this would be such a wonderful color. The pinks and reds and purples intermixed into a liquid raspberry (in no other words to say it) jam color. A small pinkish white head with only about 1/2" in of thickness was there and then gone. Didnt leave any stick or cling.
Smell- I liked the nose. A bit sweet and cloying but that was expected. A nice aroma of sour, oak and raspberry filled the nostrils. A bit of sugars permeated as well and wofted up. As it warmed it became a little thicker and more sweet vs. pure oak.
Taste- This was pretty good. I enjoyed the raspberry flavor intermixed with a solid oak and barrel flavor. Almost like a jam flavor but suprisingly light. The flavors melded well and created a lush flavor. A very good after dinner beer.
Mouth- Light bodied with a light and fizzy carbonation level. Delicate and flavorful.
Drink- Glad I traded for it.
