On tap at the brewpub in San Diego.
Poured clear dark amber with a good, semi-durable head that leaves a some sticky lacing on the glass.
Aroma: sweet, herbal and floral hops.
Flavor: ample hops for contemporary IPA. Moderate bitterness. Good finish and aftertaste.
FeeL: fairly smooth; low-medium carbonation.
O: a solid IPA if a bit tame for West Coast style.

On tap at The Beer Company in San Diego, CA.
Pours a murky yellow with a foamy tan head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, and citrus zest. Taste is much the same with a pine-like flavor on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty but the mouthfeel is a bit lacking in my opinion.

On tap at The Beer Company.
A: Dark gold with a haze and a creamy cap.
S: Aromatic tangerine with floral notes accompanying orange, peach, and grapefruit. Smells great. Malt is faint, imparting just a little caramel.
T: Slightly sweet with light caramel and a strong hop profile. Bitterness is at an upper moderate level and it lacks astringency or harsh notes whatever. Alcohol is well hidden. Grapefruit, peach, mango, and orange suffuse the palate.
M: Medium body with upper moderate carbonation.
Overall: A fine IPA. Recommended.
