on tap at funkwerks.

this is a combination between their saison and an American pale ale.

A: a clear copper color with a white head.

S: there is a touch of flowers, followed by a nice hop aroma. there is some melon and tropical fruit in the aroma, followed by spicy yeast. there is straw in there as well. it has a nice aroma.

T: has a nice peppery/spicy flavor. there is also some nice hop presence. i get some citrusy and tropical fruit notes from the hops. there is a bit of straw and a touch of caramel. it finishes with a bit of bitterness and some dryness.

M: medium with medium carb. smooth.

O: a pretty good beer. i wouldnt necessarily seek this out, but i would drink it again. (709 characters)
