Appearance - The beer poured a golden color with a bubbly white head.
Aroma - It would be easy to describe the aroma as salted crackers. One detects the salt and breadiness in the aroma.
Taste - My initial impression is salty sour fruit. On detects the salt, but there is more fruitiness than the regular gose. The malt create a biscuit impression with acts as a backbone to the sour in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - The carbonation is not overly aggressive, but it is noticeable. The sour lingers, even with the carbonation.
Overall - I like this beer and need more. I do think I might like regular Westbrook gose better though.

16 oz can into ploughshare widemouthed glass.
Hazy yet vibrant bright yellow color with a fluffy head of 1/2 finger.
Nose is crisp and clean and is of lemon tea, slight salty tropical fruit core, and bready malt.
Flavor is surprisingly juicy but leans more to the lemon iced tea aspect, with slight sour gummy worm, tangy yuzu fruit, lemon rind, lime rind, sea salt, and a finish of bread crusts. Good balance of sour and salty and sweet.
Feel is crisp and clean, refreshing, slight lingering chalkiness but not overwhelming.
Overall an interesting take on their Gose. I still think Key Lime is the best one!

Canned 10/11/18.
Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow. Fizzy carbonation quickly rises, and thin bubbles of head settle around the glass.
Tart citrus and floral notes ring true out of the gate. As it warms, the coriander emerges stronger, but overall this nose is fairly simple, crisp, clean, and very pleasant.
Tart citrus, salt, and coriander all balance each other perfectly in this light, refreshing gose-style sour.
Lightly acidic, salty, faint tannins left behind. Very crisp, very refreshing. Light, sharp carbonation.

Got in a BIF from Dragginballs76. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 10/11/2018. Pours moderately hazy deep golden/yellow color, with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, yuzu, salt, coriander, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness; light wheat tang, and coriander spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, yuzu, salt, coriander, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with and awesome malt/tartness balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/acidic, and lightly saline/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited gose. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, yuzu, salt, coriander, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp/clean to drink with the mellowly acidic/drying finish. Not overly lactic or salty. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Awesome balance of vibrant yuzu, Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity; with just the right amount of salt/coriander spice. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.

The appearance has a hazy somewhat golden/orange colored body with a half fingered white foamy head that dies within several minutes. The smell has a strong tart/sour aromas coming out with a decent lemon/orange. The taste has a strong bitter lemon up front to combine with a sour, tart, somewhat saltiness (and that what’s saves it). As it all combines for a decent salty somewhat tart/sour refreshing aftertaste. There is no finish. On the palate, she sits about a light to medium and comes across somewhat sessionable. Carbonation seems good for the style and for me as its not too harsh. Overall, this is a very good Gose that I would have again.
