a - poured a two-fingers thick fluffy, off-white head into a tulip glass that a slight ring of lace throughout. the body looked like grapefruit juice.
s - slightly tart but more musty.
t - same as the aroma with more fruit flavor and spiciness than the aroma.
m - bubbly.
o - had this back to back with new glarus strawberry rhubarb. interesting to try these two styles together done with strawberry and rhubarb. this one was solid but it's hard to beat new glarus when you ask them to add fruit and vegetables to a beer.

Golden cloudy tangerine orange color with a dense white foamy head. Aroma is pungent flowery berries and zesty celery, sweet and stinky. Flavors are very tart, fruity, sour strawberries, floral farmhouse, wildly yeasty, citrus rind, lemon juice, wheat, and some crisp crackery grains. Plenty of entertaining things going on. Briskly carbonated, seemingly light body, and very refreshing. Awesome beer!

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Hazy with a huge head. Pale orange, almost yellow. Thick collar and nice surface foam.

Smell - A little funky, which is surprising. Lots of grain. A musty fruit that I wouldn't call rhubarb, but being from Florida I don't have a lot of experience with the fruit.

Taste - Wheaty and grainy. Light tartness. A fruitiness that, as explained before, I can't place. Lingers into the finish.

Mouthfeel - Light and grainy. Not very sour.

Overall - Just kinda bland. Could use a lot more excitement of any sort. Sourness or fruit.

Served from tap into Westbrook snifter (proper!). Poured a massively cloudy golden yellow-orange with a one finger white head that remained throughout. Maintained nice lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, fruit, wood, rhubarb, and diaper. The flavor was of sweet malt, fruit, rhubarb, strawberries, funk, fruity funk, and earthy funk. It had a very light feel on the palate with high carbonation. Overall this was a fairly good brew. Based on first inspection of the nose, I got quite excited. This thing seriously reminded me of the funk you get on the nose from Saint Lamvinus. On the flavor it was quite well balanced, but everything was kind of soft in its delivery. This made it extremely easy to drink, but based on the nose I wanted to be punch in the face with complexity. Still a solid offering regardless. Worth your time seeking it out.

Cloudy peach with a slim, fuzzy white covering. Smell has a solid dusty funk upfront, strong barnyard, mild strawberry sweetness, earthy wood, lactic acid...just general stanky funk. Things are toned down in the taste to a softer, tarter, fruitier blend of flavors. Lactic acid still plays a large part, but it's less dirty than the smell. Strawberry is only really detectable in the aftertaste. Light and dry, lingering puckering quality on the cheeks and gums. Super funky after 10 months in the bottle. Not sure what it was like fresh, but this resembles more of a light Lambic at this point. Very enjoyable!
