650ml bottle - Hop City in Atlanta, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a gently hazed, light gold-hued body with a medium-sized, frothed, white head.
Smell: Grassy, herbal notes with a spicy accent atop notes of grain and biscuit dough with a little hint of implied honeyed sweetness.
Taste: Malts of dough flecked with ground grains and sweetened with faint honeyish cereal tones. Spicy, herbal, lemony hops, even a smidge grassy. Medium bitterness. This grassy bitterness remains on the back half and into the smooth yet crisp finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-plus carbonation.
Overall: A spot-on brew! Tremendously drinkable on this Spring-cleaning Sunday.

22 ounce bottle into lager glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours lightly hazy golden straw color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon zest, pear, apple, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of hops, pale malt, and earth yeast notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon zest, pear, apple, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Moderate amount of earthy herbal/pepper bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon zest, pear, apple, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and robustness of pale malt, hops, and earthy yeast flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice Czech pils style. All around good balance of pale malt, spicy hops, and earth yeast flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
