32oz growler fill at Charleston Beer Exchange, the collaborators. So excited!
Appearance- 2 finger head with, no other way to say it, hazy orange tinge.
Smell- Floral and citrus.
Taste- Flowery hops. Orange aftertaste.
Mouthfeel- Thick body of an IPA. Surprisingly light for a double IPA.
Overall- Very happy to try something made in collaboration with both of these local favorites of mine. Very pleased with the end result, a very balanced and drinkable IIPA. It has inspired new ideas for my next homebrew.
Serving type: growler

Collaboration brew with the Charleston Beer Exchange crew. 32oz growler, poured into a Lagunitas jar.
Pours a deep, slightly hazy orange, with a terrific stark white head. The nose is chock full of everything promised by the description - gigantic chunky citrus scents, from grapefruit to very pronounced orange, to lemon/lime.
Wow. BRIGHT. Deceptive that it's only Cascade hops in here, but the interaction with the fruit is probably why. Intense citrus character here, with a slight alcohol burn but nothing unexpected. The orange comes through very clearly about mid-way thru, but quickly blends back with the grapefruit troop and the Cascade.
A totally fantastic venture into putting the fruits used to describe hop flavor into a beer with said hops. Want.
