Sampled from a 12oz can purchased at Bierkraft in Brooklyn, NY.
A - Yellow and hazy with a moderate white head. There's a strong initial evacuation of bubbles then it settles down nicely.
S - Lemony and tart, fresh cut grass.
T - A firm tartness that hits hard and fades gradually. Nice wheat flavors as well. Smooth and refreshing.
M - Between the carbonation releasing and the sour bite, it hits your tongue like a tiny bolt of lightening. Very invigorating.
O - I haven't had a traditional Gose so I don't have any basis for judging their interpretation but I like this beer.

A- 12oz can poured into snifter. Golden amber in color and produced about 1/2 inch head.
S- citrus and slight spice come off the nose initially and once it warmed up sour funk reminiscent of a flemish sour.
T- tart and salty meet together and had a grapefruit baby. Very refreshing with a touch of coriander spice.
M- medium bodied with a yeasty wheaty finish. Could use a touch more of carbonation imo but went down very easy.
O- one of the best gose's ive had. It portrayed the traditional style but added a good amoint of tart citrus to the finish. The fact it comes in a can gives it an added bonus keeping that sunlight out and having a low abv at 4% is perfect for an all day sipper on a hot summer day.
