Appearance - The Gose was a cloudy golden yellow color with a fluffy white head.
Smell - The beer smells like a wheat beer for the most part, but notes of lemon and salt sneak into the picture.
Taste - On the initial taste, I detect lemon but then the saltiness comes in. It is truly amazing as it is salt in liquid form, but it will not give you sodium overload. Toward the back, the sour ntes become more apparent. In a sentence, this is liquid salted wheat with a sour aftertaste. Delicious!
Mouthfeel - The mouthfeel runs a little thick like a good wheat beer, leaving a nice sour coating on the tongue.
Overall - I have had the style before. Maybe the beer was not as good. Maybe I was not ready to appreciate the style. One way or another, I love this beer.

No date stamped on bottom of can at 40 degrees into standard pint glass
Aroma of spice and salt
Head small (3 cm), white, fizzy, rapidly diminishing to irregular ring and layer
Lacing poor – a few medium islands with varying sized bubbles
Body light yellow, cloudy
Flavor tart and salty with an odd spicyness and a little citrus. No malt, no hops, no alcohol, no diacetyl.
Palate light, watery, lively carbonation.
I was surprised to see coriander as an ingredient. I’m most familiar with this in various Belgium-styled ales but the flavor and aroma here are very different. This is a very refreshing and tasty brew.
