Poured into a La Cumbre Weizen glass:
A- Cloudy, golden blonde. 1/2 inch to an inch of head.
S- Enticing. Tart, citrusy notes and a strong presence of salt.
T- A lot going on here. Tartness, salt, wheatiness, citrus, and a nutty back end.
M- Highly carbonated, but smooth on the palate, easy-drinking. Could easily be a summer pounder for the frat boy set.
O- A unique approach to the style with the tartness and citrus, but this brings out a strong character and makes the beer unmistakeable. It's both a complex beer to sip slowly and analyze and smooth sipper for summer afternoons. Just outstanding like most Westbrook goods.

No date stamped on bottom of can at 40 degrees into standard pint glass
Aroma of spice and salt
Head small (3 cm), white, fizzy, rapidly diminishing to irregular ring and layer
Lacing poor – a few medium islands with varying sized bubbles
Body light yellow, cloudy
Flavor tart and salty with an odd spicyness and a little citrus. No malt, no hops, no alcohol, no diacetyl.
Palate light, watery, lively carbonation.
I was surprised to see coriander as an ingredient. I’m most familiar with this in various Belgium-styled ales but the flavor and aroma here are very different. This is a very refreshing and tasty brew.
