I picked this up at Oliver's in Albany, enjoyed from the can in a cervoise chilled.
The color is pale golden with haze and white head that rises and falls to a ring of beading with spotty lace. The smell has lemon and zest odor with light wheat which has a light toasted and slight salty hint with mineral and light earthy aroma. The feel is very good with moderately light body and lots of sour in the feel with medium high carbonation and citrus tanginess with saltiness not out of balance and linger tart texure that leaves the palate dry.
The flavor is very citrus and tangy with zesty bright wheat and fruity yeast w/ slight salted lemon aspect with mild wheat flavor which is dominated by the sour elements from the yeast. There is also an earthy quality toward the end with more sour and salt lingering after the swallow. Overall this is great a lot more sour than traditional versions but a solid take on the style and refreshing - very good worthy of a try if you like sour wheats.

No date stamped on bottom of can at 40 degrees into standard pint glass
Aroma of spice and salt
Head small (3 cm), white, fizzy, rapidly diminishing to irregular ring and layer
Lacing poor – a few medium islands with varying sized bubbles
Body light yellow, cloudy
Flavor tart and salty with an odd spicyness and a little citrus. No malt, no hops, no alcohol, no diacetyl.
Palate light, watery, lively carbonation.
I was surprised to see coriander as an ingredient. I’m most familiar with this in various Belgium-styled ales but the flavor and aroma here are very different. This is a very refreshing and tasty brew.
